Great place for couples

This is our new favorite boutique hotel. Parking right up front. Close to shopping, food and nightlife this place is perfect for couples. Beds are way better than chain hotels.

One of a kind place! The room was excellently furnished, spotless and very comfortable. The restaurant/bar was great and the cocktails were first class. This is now my go-to hotel when I visit my home town.

Great place

Easy to find and get in to. One of the most comfortable beds we have ever stayed in. Walking distance to a lot of places to eat. I felt safe in the neighbourhood.

Amazing place ! Huge room and bathroom with a kitchen equipped to make basic meals and all the utensils needed. Super easy to check in and out. Very conveniently located in Downtown. Numerous restaurants and shopping just steps away. I usually stay at the Hampton when I’m in town because I’m a Hilton Diamond member. Not when I come to ScottsBluff I’ll be staying at the Powerhouse

Spacious, Clean and Unique Room

What an amazing place to stay! I needed to work while in Scottsbluff and this suite was perfect. The bed was heavenly and the room was well designed, chic and spacious. So incredibly clean! The kitchen was wonderful and I loved the view of the Monument. I’m not a big fan of Ruku TV, but also had other viewing options. One suggestion - place a luggage rack in the closet. Would definitely stay again! Love this place!!

This Hotel exceeded our expectations.From the obvious cleanliness of the room (the suzette) to how nice the adjacent park. The keypads worked easily. Communication with the owners was spot on. The kitchen is very nice. I feel that this facility offers great value for the money !!

We loved the location on Broadway downtown Scottsbluff NE! Very convenient. Everyone super nice even strangers in the street. Coming from New York, we were not used to this kind of hospitality! We tried nearby Runza sandwich was very good. Property was clean and so comfortable, after a long day drive.

This hotel is such a gem! Very boutique style and modern. There is no front desk staff so everything is done through email. The room we checked into wasn’t clean and thank goodness the cleaning lady was there and called the owner and we were immediately put in another room. Bed was a tad soft but otherwise everything was excellent! The restaurant downstairs is excellent also! Highly recommend!

Great stay in a beautiful room!

The room itself was awesome! It was really big and had a great view. The furnishings were top quality, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large and well lit. The building itself feels historic and I love how they kept some of the original doors. The restaurant downstairs was good and the service was was top notch. Natalie made sure we were well taken care of. Location was great - other restaurants and breweries were a short walk away. I would definitely stay again!

I booked this for my hubby while he was traveling for work. He has not stopped talking about what a great place this is. He went so far as to say he would travel back to ScottsBluff just so he could stay here again. -And he’s not typically one to really care about where he stays.

Overnight in Scottsbluff

This is a boutique hotel. I wanted to try something different. EVERYTHING about this hotel is top-notch. I loverd how they incorporate the orignial doors into the new decor. Bed was incredibly comfortable. It's contactless check-in, but the owner was there and greeted me. My room was impeccably clean, very quiet, nicely decorated, it had everything I needed for a great overnight stay. My only regret was that my stay wasn't longer.

It was a great stay! The building and room were very quaint and homey. The bed was very comfortable! The restaurant downstairs was amazing with great food and service. They were very quick to respond to email about a small issue in the room and quick to fix it. I had a great monument view, but also downtown as well. The only slight downside is there is a night club across the street and at 1am you will hear them closing and a lot of people outside for about 15/20min. Then it’ll be quiet again.

Firstly, the dead was probably the most comfortable that I’ve ever slept in my entire life. The mattress and the bedding was spot on perfection. The room was big. I live in a studio apartment myself and other than the small closet (which was not necessary for my trip so it was not a problem at all), I would live there. We stayed on a Sunday evening so there wasn’t much to do in the area, but the brewery down the street has wonderful pizza and apps.

Though no staff on-site, checkin was easy with codes provided. The place is new so everything is fresh and beautifully appointed. The only suggestion we have is to replace bottom bedding sheet with one that has deeper pockets as it kept pulling away at the corners. Convenient dining on first floor of building as well as walking distance to brewery and a bakery down the street for morning treats. I also received a receipt from the property that was about $40 less than what we paid and when I contacted hotels.com, was not credited the difference. We paid $173 and the bill was for $132.16. Book directly with the property if you can!
