We arrived late at night after a long journey. Despite having submitted all required information and paid the deposit in advance, check-in was confusing, and supervisors were completely unaware of our payment. Communication was disorganized throughout most of our stay, and we struggled to reach the right contact. It only improved toward the end, once we finally connected with our main contact.
The apartment looked good in photos but had maintenance issues: the bathroom was moldy, doors were difficult to close, and bedding was not clean. However, we were provided with clean bedding and towels relatively quickly after requesting them. Cleaning supplies were limited, we had to buy additional items ourselves. Each room had separate control panels for lights, air conditioning, and fans, which made things unnecessarily complicated.
The property management staff were friendly, and overall management of the property was adequate. However, this stay does not deserve the 10/10 rating it received. After staying at a well-organized aparthotel in Georgetown, it became clear how much smoother and better the experience could have been.
Additional Recommendation to the Owner: Improve communication channels and ensure staff are fully informed about guest payments and check-in procedures. Address maintenance issues promptly and provide adequate cleaning supplies to enhance guest comfort. Clearer instructions for room controls would also make the stay much smoother.
