Key factors of this beautiful home….. close to a supermarket. Close to a car rental place. Close to a lot all while being in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of privacy and solitude. The design of this home is classy elegant and luxury to the max. I highly recommend this property for anyone that wants to stay in Aruba.

We didnt like that there were frogs on the property near the pool and our room. Especially because we were really scared of them. Other than thay everything was PERFECT! The self check in and check out made it really easy

The property itself was great. Very clean and a nice swimming pool. The instructions were clear on how to access property and they also help with taxi numbers and rental car service if needed. About a 5-6 min drive from palm beach. I just wish it was in walking distance of restaurants and shops. No fault of theirs however. Overall, no complaints!

I loved how strategically located the villa was. Ease of getting the keys. Tranquility of the villa even though there were other guests. Watching the beautiful sunsets. Having the right number of beach chairs and beach towels. Modern, spacious and chic look of the villa. The outdoor and indoor eating options. And of course, the cleanliness of the villa and the linens. Excellent venue for couples or families. Would highly recommend

It was quite and peaceful. However the front gate was not locked which allowed ppl that were not guest to access the property. There should be a welcome package in the unit upon arrival with all of the surrounding businesses , like clubs, lounges, supermarkets, gas station, hospitals and authorities Last but not least the bed was lopsided due to wear and tear. The mattress topper should be replaced. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. The pool and whirlpool was the best!

This property was beyond my expectations. It was clean the communication when we needed them for something was top-notch. It was safe and it was quiet. The rooms were amazing and not dated at all. There’s really nothing negative. I can say about this place. The housekeeper was amazing and attentive and the pool was nice and clean. Super food was nearby very close. I would definitely stay here again without any hesitation.

Kaikushi is a wonderful place to stay in Aruba. Great communication before and throughout our visit. The check-in procedure is emailed in advance and is very straightforward. It’s spacious, very clean and quiet. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Air conditioning is terrific. Tineke was very helpful and housekeeping is top-notch. Plenty of bath and beach towels available. There is free parking. Super Foods is an easy 5 minute drive and Palm Beach and Eagle Beach are also a short drive away. The pool and outdoor areas are beautifully maintained. Book it!

Kaikushi is such a beautiful place quiet and clean.. taxi access or walk to strip in 18 mins! Private pool so nice if you want to have alone time. Food delivery also is available and market down the road. Maya was very helpful with any questions I had also! Housekeeping also available can’t wait to come back!

there is no guide sheet or informational book at the site no idea of check in or check out criteria / expectations no laundry accommodations no phone line to use to call a cab or to order food and us cell service is not applicable here transportation is only if you walk a mile to busier street to hail a cab
