Jonzac is beautiful. The appartements have all you need. Very clean. The woman on the reception is very kind and helpful.

We weren’t disappointed by this property at all. We stayed for 3 nights while attending a wedding . I will say that this place while soundproofed, is not quiet, you can hear people in other rooms. The beds could be a bit more comfortable too. Other than that, our room was clean, the staff were friendly and spoke English. The location is beautiful, we loved Jonzac and would return.

Cute Inside

We stayed for a night. The exterior looks a bit rundown but the apartments are great. Everything works, it’s well equipped and clean. There’s also an elevator which is a major plus. Daily continental breakfast for 11 euros - honestly it’s too expensive for what they serve. You have to bring down your trash upon check out and clean the kitchen if you used it. Overall a nice stay.

Poor stay

We were stopping overnight so our expectations are not high. We just need something clean, tidy and comfortable. Unfortunately the room was a little grubby. We travel to Spain via France every year so have stained in many hotels. The breakfast was very basic and not worth the money.

2nd time Jonzac

Second time here, nice place to drove a week around Cognac area. Only negative was, that the spa ticket (worth 33€ every day) was only for the small children side..and to the spa side ticket was 44€ / family..and you couldn just pay the difference 11€ a day. So the valuable ticket was worth 0€ for us, with two teenagers notking to do on that children area.

This is a very basic hotel next door to a casino and leisure center near Jonzac town. 3 nights here was a long time for how little there is to do, but we were only in the area for proximity to a wedding venue in La Canonerie. This should not be advertised as 4*, the exterior is very run down, our apartment room overlooked the carpark, the balconies are run down, no basic amenities in the room like a hairdryer or iron, no cooked breakfast options just a very simple buffet in the hotel lobby, no restaurant or bar for lunch or dinner, no swimming pool, 1 thin pillow per person in bed, you have to put your own bin liners inside the bins and also dispose of them yourself opposite the carpark. These are not what I’d expect for 4 star accomodation. You can walk into Jonzac town within 15-20 minutes. As an area it is very hard to get taxis so these must be pre booked at least 24hrs in advance.

Appart hôtel au top. Calme, propre, parking et Antilles de Jonzac à proximité. Habituellement, la location dans cette résidence donne accès au parc aquatique à proximité. Cependant, en passant par hotels.com ce n'est pas le cas, et ça aurait été bien de le préciser sur votre site de réservation. Heureusement la réception nous a trouvé une solution suite à notre déception.
