Very clean hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful. Every time we asked for something, they brought it very quickly. The free shuttle and the bus stop in front of the hotel made it easy to go anywhere. The only small issue was that there was no laundry detergent or dish soap. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Our stay at Meroddi Hotel exceeded all of our expectations. In fact, the hotel was even better than the photos online. Everything was very clean, and the staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and always willing to help. One of the best features was the free shuttle service to Taksim and three other locations, which made getting around the city very convenient. The rooms were spacious, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the large lobby provided a comfortable place to relax. The hotel is also in a great location, making it easy to explore Istanbul. As women traveling with family, we felt completely safe and comfortable throughout our stay. We were extremely satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend Meroddi Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. We would definitely stay here again.

One of the reception staff members, who spoke Arabic, appeared to prioritize Arabic-speaking guests over others. Unfortunately, I felt that they did not treat all guests equally, and their attitude toward non-Arabic-speaking guests was not welcoming or professional.

It is a great place to stay in , large rooms, clean and includes kitchen and washer drier . I was pleasantly surprised that they have an hourly shuttle to Taksim square . It was amazing service that made our trip so easy . I am planning to go back to Istanbul and I will stay there again .

We had an excellent experience staying at this place. Prime location near to everything as a tourist also new building with all the facilities inside. Staff extremely kind and cooperative. If I ever visited again I will stay at the same place. Thank you.

Team were positive and reactive. Property was new so its equipment and furniture. The brands are from a a famous supplier such as Bosch. There is not food court to serve breakfast. Communication between reception staff is poor. To adjust AC in your room, you need to call the reception to adjust it remotely. They are very strict when it comes to evict the property at 12pm. They did not agree tpo extend our stay by 1 Hr. although we stayed there for 10 days.

I booked a 2-bedroom apartment for my stay, clearly expecting a shared space for my group. However, upon arrival, we were given two completely separate rooms. This was not what we had reserved or needed, and it completely disrupted the purpose of our trip — we wanted to stay together as a family. When I raised the issue with the front desk, there was little acknowledgment or effort to correct the situation. No alternative options or compensation were offered, and it felt like the booking request wasn’t taken seriously. While the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable individually, that doesn’t make up for the miscommunication and lack of customer service. A 2-bedroom apartment is not the same as two separate hotel rooms, and this should have been clarified before our arrival.

Vi hade en mycket trevlig vistelse. Rummet var fint, rent och välskött. Städpersonalen var väldigt vänlig och hjälpsam, och personalen i receptionen var också trevlig och gav ett bra bemötande. Det enda som kunde ha varit bättre var luftkonditioneringen. Det gick inte att justera temperaturen själv, utan det behövde göras av personalen. Det hade varit smidigare om gästerna själva kunde styra temperaturen på rummet.
