Our room was huge and very nicely furnished. It comprised a queen bed, a loveseat, a kitchen area, a lovely bathroom, a dining area and a seating area. Our room had a large plate glass window across the whole width of the room with drapes that were electronically operated. The drapes were very effective blocking the ambient light at night.
We were given a small fob when we checked in. It controlled accessing the building, operating the elevator, opening our room door and turning lights on and off. We felt very secure there.
We travelled from Orlando to Aventura by Brighline. The hotel is a 5 minute or so Uber ride from the station.
There’s a lovely bakery around the corner from the hotel, owned and run by a lovely husband and wife team. The food is yummy! We ate breakfast there every morning.
Rather than stay in downtown Miami, I would prefer to stay at the Milan Aventura Hotel and take the 20 minute ride into Miami by Brightline.
Ben who worked the front desk was very helpful.
I cannot sing the praises of the hotel enough.
