Rooms okay. But totally no service at all.
We stayed 2 days. But nobody come and clean the room. No wifi. Hall TV not working. Totally no response. One way communication only. Terrible.

Some initial hiccups but was good
All was good except the check in instructions had a bit of communication error. Tower 6 was not able to find at the main swimming pool deck. Collect of keys was disrupted and caused some delays. Wifi at tower 6 unit was not there, no access at all. After feedback, the admin arrange another room at tower 2 for the 2nd night. Which was much better than the 1st night. Thank you. Overall was a pleasant experience.

PLS DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT, AS THIS MANHATTEN GRP IS A PRIVATE COMPANY AND THE HOTEL DOES NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY. THERE WAS NO DRINKING WATER, NO WIFI, NO ROOM SERVICE, COMMUNICATING WITH THE APARTMENT OWNER WAS A TASK . HAD TO GO TO OUTDOOR THEME PARK, BUT HOTEL DENIED TO KEEP THE LUGGAGE EVEN. NO CONVENIENT LOCATION. THERE IS NO TRANSPORT PROVIDED TO REACH TO THIS APARTMENT AS HOTEL GRAND ION DO NOT OWN ANY RESPONSIBILITY.
