The reception staff were friendly and helpful. This is a very old, budget hotel. It appears different from the photos online as it is quite poorly maintained. However it was clean enough and location was excellent and close to town .

Furnishings were very basic and old but in good order. Hot water took quite a few minutes to reach temperature. Not enough power outlets to charge devices. Everything was very clean and bed was comfortable. A/C was excellent.

Amazing location, kind Park and city right at your doorstep. The place was clean, tidy and had everything i needed. The 1 draw back was the televisión es very small and kept losing reception. Definitely will stay again.

This is a great budget place to stay in West Perth. Short walk to the city, Elizabeth Quay and the free Blue, Green and Purple CAT buses. It might be a little dated but it has everything you need for a good stay

some furniture are old, the cooking facilities are complete (microwave, electrical-kettle, bowls, forks, cups, etc., easy for residents to make quick meals), 24 hour hot water, isolated balcony also isolates the traffic noise and external temperature, good cost-performance (cheaper accommodation than the surrounding hotels).
