It felt like an elevated camp lodge experience rather than a hotel. Cozy rooms with all you need. No tv! Great shower and comfy bed , good restaurant for dinner and breakfast buffet( nicer than others we experienced). Such nice staff and beautiful views. Especially from the hot tub which was great to use before dinner.

Very easy check in process. Street parking is difficult to find but if you park it at a nearby parking deck, there is various public transportation you can take into the city. Apartment was exactly as featured in the pics. Highly recommend!

For a premium property which we use quite often is like better toilet paper and a box of tissues. Also two full size towels per person would be great. I had to do laundry and washer stopped spinning so maintenance had to come - which they did promptly. Also the dryers need deeper cleaning.

Excellent Management

Management team is amazing. Customer service is excellent. When I arrived they failed to put my early checkin. I called they let me in immediately. The apartment I booked smelled like smoke they moved me into another apartment with a better view. Rest of the week was great

The elevator was not working, which made it very inconvenient since I was on the third floor. The residents staying across the hall were loud and disturbing. That was a strong smell of burnt food and cooking all the time. Ventilation from the hallway was poor.

気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、客室の快適度

Customers are NEVER right to this company.

This hotel suite was horrible. They did not have any timely resolution to multitudes of issues with the suite and cable. Their resolution was to point fingers at their vendors and not accommodate their paying customers. They lied to BBB saying they offered me another suite while I was there on Tuesday but never did that happen at their expense. I had a suite for four days with bad air, bad mattresses and non working appliances. Would never recommend staying here every again.
