The host was extremely accommodating in every aspect of our stay. As a family with young children, they made our stay very comfortable and easy. The unit we stayed in was very clean and spacious.

There's nothing negative to say- the room was clean and comfortable! There was free laundry on site as well as a full kitchen (wonderful ways to save money while in LA). Would happily return again.

Everything about the property was great, but if you do decide to stay here, make sure you know there is only street parking. Had to walk a bit some nights I stayed. It's a bit of a hassle, but besides that a nice and clean place, definitely would recommend if you want a quieter neighborhood.

Good option for the price

I used to live in Los Angeles and decided to try this place as I was visiting on work. The street parking situation was actual a bit harder than I thought it would be and I would caution anyone parking late at night to be careful. The house and individual units seemed very secure (each with its own code) and the common areas were fairly clean. The setup of the multiple rooms in one unit reminded me of having roommates. Be okay with sounds, late night cooking, light chatter, etc. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. I would come back.

Communication with host was excellent. It’s in the listing, but be aware that the kitchen and lounge are communal. It can be difficult to access the grounds, property and room at first (number pads), but the host provides detailed instructions. Parking as is limited (mentioned in listing) and can very challenging, especially on Monday mornings. Expect to park 5 minutes walk away from the property. Location is ok, and a good jump from point, but caution should be used at night. Room condition and cleanliness was excellent, as was the building. Think of this as a dedicated Air B and B and if that’s acceptable and you’re ok with the parking situation, this can be a great option.

Clean, modern, and secure

Beautiful, recently renovated, immaculately clean property. Bedroom and bathroom were just perfect. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Though we didn't use the kitchen and living room areas, we peeked at them before we left. They were spacious and spotless, and looked like they had everything you'd need to enjoy yourself during your stay. Good communication from the owner, including detailed instructions on entering the property, unit, and room. It all felt very secure. Street parking was tricky, but that was expected, so we just hung around and waited for a space to open up. No biggie. Took 10 minutes or less to park within 100 feet of the property. Only real complaint was that the individual room didn't have its own climate control, so by morning we were feeling pretty warm, and had a hard time staying asleep. I'd still recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to spend a night.

Property was great. But, in my room, there was a weird clicking sound in the wall that was 24/ 7. It affected my sleep. Also, I could hear people coming on and out the front door and using the stairs. Because the floors are not carpeted, you can hear people coming and going.

Neat and Clean with a few issues… Pros Great location, easy access to everything including popular sights Super clean, fresh, new Comfortable beds Laundry available Free parking Owner provides enough toilet paper and shower amenities to keep you supplied. Cons That free parking is tight! See pictures. If you are renting a vehicle get a small one. The owner locked the thermostat (air conditioning) and we had to ask more than once (I think three times) to please set it at a comfortable temperature to us at 68°. We tried to open the windows and enjoy the cool Cali air but the city noises kept us awake. Comforters are heavy and warm…each bed needs a top sheet and a medium weight blanket. 2/5 nights were terrible… First, fire alarms sounded early morning… fire alarms all went off in tandem three times. Second night the thermometer was locked and we were just uncomfortable then after opening windows city kept us awake. Lots of stairs, we managed fine and love walking but you should be aware of stairs. Not ample for eight people… The apartment sleeps eight total but there is only seating at the dining table for four and limited utensils and things…ie; two coffee cups. We had three people staying and found it comfortable but bought another coffee mug out of necessity. I’d also add that we did not cook but the same experience would be had… not enough silverware, etc for eight people. One tv in common area, use your own device Not sound proof Owner was always available by text
