Excellent location for a quick getaway

We had a lovely 4 nights. Accommodation was continently located next to the tram. It was clean with. Gorgeous view. 15 min walk to cavill avenue or 15 min to broadbeach. 2 blocks from the beach. Perfect kitchenette.

Studio apt was compact and clean. Suitable for solo or couple travellers. Amenities were fabulous - pool, kids pool, sauna and hot tub. BBQ area as well. Secure underground parking. Excellent communication

Average accommodation, great amenities in the property but apartment barely was set up, no amenities like a basic wine glass or cooking utensils, not really an apartment. The bed was comfy though and clean, bathroom large but smelled funny. The tv didn't work and no side table where the power point was. Little things but for the money I'd stay in a hotel.

Reception staff very friendly Pool, gym and gardens were clean and good condition The unit's kitchen was in poor condition and there was nail clippings on the lounge when we arrived (urrgghh) Smokers on the balconies made it impossible to have the door open at times Apart from that the complex was well situated and well presented and would stay there again

Pictures on the web were false to what we got, broken items were found, dishes were not washed from previous customers, entire table and bedside tables were dirty, it said we had a queen bed and bedhead but we got a double with no bedhead and there was no couch like in the advertisements, there was mold on all curtains and bathroom blinds, the bathroom near the pool was collapsing and had a massive hole and plaster all on the floor....would not recommend

I didn’t like the idea of having to wash the cutlery, plates eg as I had a really bad chipped and cracked mug it showed me that the cutlery eg was not taken away to be washed in a dish washer or sanitized.

Once we were in everything was easy, but checking in after receiption hours was a bit confusing. Everything was clean, and it was easy to get extra supplies from the reception during opening hours. Room was a bit small but the big bathroom and balcony helped. Very secure parking underground so no dealing with rain, etc.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay. The room was amazing, the view was fantastic. There were a couple of things we didn’t like, like there being no communication in any adds about a safety deposit and our toilet was broken. The shower was not built for people who are over 5ft5. Other than that we had a really nice stay.

Spacious rooms and plenty of space, large tv, large shower, nice view from 3 balconies. Good kitchen, traffic noise was consistent but ok to sleep. Beds very firm in main room but singles much softer and easier to sleep on. Parking was super easy for the area compared to other hotels. Rail in the bath shower was lose and couldn't use it so used other shower in second bathroom which was large and spacious. Good accomodation for price and location. Reception was nice.

The unit is nice along with the facilities, but as for the internal cleanliness of the unit they gave us, it was too low, the bathroom was in very bad condition, the living room area had a lot of dust and in the kitchen most of the drawers are falling apart, the intercom does not work, it is worth clarifying that one takes a hotel service and it took me by surprise that in my 7-day stay I only had one time of cleaning service and the only thing they did was make the bed. I wonder why they did not clean the rest of the unit? They are also not clear from the beginning and then they make it known that the entire apartment must be delivered clean or they will pay from the 100 dollars they take as a deposit. It was a nice time but they must improve in many things.
