The hotel is in a great location right next to the beach. There is a bus stop across road to get to and from airport. The rooms are clean and beds good has got everything you need this is my third time at these apartments will be back again soon.

The location is perfect and the rooms are always spotless, great value for money and the staff are great especially promise. I have stayed here may times over the past 6 years and she always goes out of her way to make us feel welcome

Me and my friend went for couple days arrived late Monday contacted property to say we would be there for 11pm. Lady on reception was very nice and helpful, we had a studio with pool view the room was very clean and tidy balcony was a good size and the kitchen was great if you needed to cook but we never. We are planning on staying again in this property.

Basic hostel

Very very basic stay, but that was expected from price. Location is super good beach is very close (its second line hotel) lot of shops and restaurants around. Room was clean, they change towels once in 3 days and clean room and change linen once in 6 days. As I say super basic room, but perfectly fine for budget stay.

We ended up leaving the accommodation as it wasn’t safe for my child. Water was coming in the room and he slipped over because of this. The sheets were stained, furniture marked and scuffed

The apartments location is in a good neighbourhood. There were lot of parking places nearby. Although, finding the apartment when driving was very difficult. I drove 20-30 minutes around the apartment to figure out the entrance but then I had to finally get down on foot, ask a couple of locals. It was only when a local navigated with me and pointed to me the apartment. The room size is good. The kettle inside the kitchen was in terrible shape and I avoided using it. Refrigerator was clean and the cooking top also was very clean. I was a bit disappointed though when I was told the cleaning would be done every three days. And the third day when the cleaning was done, it was only that they collected all the garbage bags and changed the towels. No refill of the hand soap, no mopping of the floor.

Good place to stay however could of done with more insructions about the apartment like how the air-conditioning works and appliences. And also someone there earlier then 10am in morning as we needed to checkout before then. Otherwise nice place to stay bedroom was nice and clean and a great view.

Old dated building and decor. Looking out over a building site. “Saving electric” so had to use mobile phone flash lights to get up stairs. Poor bar area

Arrived at the property and reception was a tiny room in the car parking area. This building is a mixture of what looks like owned properties and residential. Not like a holiday apartment if you are used to going on a package deal to a bigger complex. Room was basic. A studio for 3. Very small and basic kitchen and bathroom area. Clean enough but not modern and showing signs of aging and wear and tear. Pool area very basic. Wasn’t hugely busy this week but limited sun beds. No parasols. Certainly no pool bar/cafe/deli like mentioned in description as far as we could see. Nothing round pool.No music or entertainment, but I did not expect this as didn’t book an apartment used by holiday firms. Location is fantastic. Right at the beach and next to main road of Palma Nova and also across the road from the exclusive Zel hotel. Reception not manned 24 hours and barely seemed manned at all. Not ideal as I was told to leave my luggage (next to the desk not a luggage room) and that someone would be there for me to collect. No one was. I rang the bell and was told to go look for the lifeguard at the pool. No obvious lifeguard seen but someone eventually came and we grabbed our bags. No private showering facility or room to change on last day before leaving. I paid €25 to keep room on until 2pm to give us a bit longer. Overall, paid for a last minute break away for 2 nights. Location good. Very basic. You get what you pay for but not worth the price I’m seeing of over £200 a night!

Property is in a good place and has a nice sized pool. Easy access to the beach and has a lift. The staff were friendly and accomodating. Couldn't really moan about the place itself. The only moan I would mention is that some of the people staying in the apartment where not considerate and would be shouting and banging all night. Mainly groups of Italian/dutch teenage girls screaming and getting drunk so I would say to the owner, please think about this and perhaps put these groups in an apartment to one side so they don't bother the other 8 neightbours they have. Other than this it was all very good.

If you stay in this hotel, be careful with your belongings. I returned to my room to find the photo page from my passport had been ripped out completely. I am now concerned about identify theft. I believe this must have been done by someone with access to my room, a maid or hotel staff member perhaps.

Good afternoon we arrived late so informed econotel of late arrival and theye-mailed me to say no problem just ring bell once and night porter would be there to give us our key. We rang about 15 times over four and a half hours Eventually reception phoned to say they had missed all these calls.We were very very cold and were sitting in apts car park for almost 5 hours. Managemen told us we would be compensated for this by Expedia as you had our bank and card details.PLEASE ADVISE AS VERY ANGRY AND VERY COLD WATCHING MY 76 AGED WIFE CRYING

The property is good, but the staff is bad. I went during February half term holiday with the kids as prices are more affordable. Unfortunately most of the Restaurants around were closed being off season. The distance from the sea is 1 min by walk so it is perfect. The studio was nice, but would have preferred a proper double bed instead of the sofa bed as it was a bit uncomfortable. The lady at the Reception was terrible. Here on the app it says that check in time is from 2pm, we arrived at the property at 1.30pm and there was nobody and the door to the Reception was closed. We rang the bell few times and nobody answered. There was a notice board saying that the Reception is closed from 2pm to 3pm and to ring the bell if needed. Still at 1.30 there was nobody. We tried again at 2.30pm and a lady answered the intercom saying in a rude english that the Reception will open at 3pm and hang up. We had to wait with two kids under 9 at a nearby park. At 3pm we went and the lady was not very welcoming, almost looked tired or not happy to be there. She gave us the keys after explaining in rush the where was our entrance. In the room we found just two pairs of cushions and one single duvet and two single lightweight blanket. I did not want to go and ask for more duvet as she seemed so disturbed. Check out is from 11am but again nobody was there so we left the keys in the letter box.

Veldig ok plass, men feil å kalle det hotell. Du får en leilighet meg kjøleskap, vaskemaskin, fungerende aircondition. Det ligge rett ved flott strand. Bassenget var rent og over all forventning. Mine tenåringsbarn (15,17) var happy. Mine ekskoner hadde sikkert tenkt at de bibel pris var bedre. Men NEI, dette er en bra plass. Dama i resepsjonen er dårlig på digitale svar. Hun har alltid åpent selv for m du kommer med fly etter midnatt. Hun virker dopa, men viste oss hvordan den slarkete låsen på ytterdøra måtte overbevises. Hun reagerer på personlig fremmøte. Hun ga oss Guds velsignelse da vi sjekker ut til feil tid. Stedet funker!
