Incredible location. Perfect for families. Very easy check in and out and able to leave luggage at sister property downtown. Very clean but washing machine was a bit dirty. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds comfy and clean.

Perfect Location!

Enjoyed the room, excellent location! I had problems getting them to communicate in English. The registration and check in code / instructions were in French with no option to translate to English. I contacted them via email and specifically asked them not to send the entry code in French, but it didn’t help.

This was a hidden gem. We enjoyed our stay. The walk to the front door on the cobblestone was a nice treat. It is nestled between the Basillica and Artisan way. Lots of restaurants nearby but I would recommend going early or making a reservation. You are walking distance around the main core area of old Quebec and steps from the Chateau Frontenac. There is no onsite parking. So you will need to walk a couple of blocks to the underground parking.

Superb location and comfort

The location was superb. After extensive walking in the upper and lower sections of Old QC, there is no where else that I would consider a better location. The studio T403 was large. airy and very comfortable for two. It was very new. The rooftop terrace afforded amazing views of the St Lawrence River, the Chateau Frontenac and other skyline buildings. I would rebook here in a heartbeat.

We booked a 2-bedroom loft and were quickly disappointed by a non-cooling AC in the living room and a lack of windows leading no fresh air in both bedrooms, creating an oppressive atmosphere. Getting a decent night's sleep was a big challenge - a real nightmare!!! When we expressed our concerns about the AC, the host was indifferent and not cooperative. Consequently, we were forced to seek comfort in a nearby hotel. To make matters worse, the host declined to refund our unused night. It's baffling how such an expensive loft can lack basic comforts and good customer service. Think twice before choosing this place.

DO NOT STAY HERE -- super dishonest folks as we were wrongly accused for 'smoking' in the loft and was charged for damage fees despite both me and my friend have never ever smoked in our lives AND we even left the place spotless clean upon check out! The owners claimed there was heavy smoke odor in our loft ~3 weeks AFTER our check out and showed us two very closed up photos of cigarette boxes on a counter. It literally could've been any counter AND in the background of one of their photos even had luggages that weren't even ours and the positioning of wall/couch doesn't match our unit either!! We had heard and saw the cleaning crew sitting outside of our rooms talking loudly for at least 30 min before our check out time so this was either left by them or completely staged by the owner/blamed onto us without proper investigation. We had asked for fingerprint matches to be conduced or clear photo proof of the receipt that was shown in the random cigarette photo they sent us since this is completely made up. However, they simply denied everything and said their "decision remains unchanged regarding the policy violation." This is absolutely not unacceptable and the way they handled the situation is extremely unprofessional and unjust. We had picture proof of what the place looked like when we left and they still chose to charge us money and blame us for something that we absolutely did not do. Extremely dishonest people, please do not stay here folks!

DO NOT STAY HERE. The cigarette smoke in the room was so bad that it made us sick. As soon as we walked in we were hit with such a strong smell, clearly someone had been smoking (a lot!) in the room prior to our stay. We called immediately and asked to be moved but they were full and couldn't move us and they asked us to tough it out for the night and they would send someone in the morning to clean it out. We woke up literally sick from the smoke smell. NO ONE EVER CAME TO AIR OUT AND CLEAN THE ROOM. We suffered the entire stay, and when we came home asked for some kind of compensation and they did nothing. They said without evidence, it was tough on us. I said how could they know whether or not it smelled if they never sent anyone. I guess they were suggesting that we got there at 10pm after an incredibly long ride and just decided to fabricate a story. We came home with our luggage and clothing absolutely REEKING of cigarette smoke. We had to dry clean coats and air out luggage outside. While I do understand that it is not their fault that someone smoked in the room, there lack of response is absolutely their fault and not acceptable at all. You can't guarantee a smoke free room and not deliver and not do anything about it. I have stayed at roadside motels with much better service and resolution to problems. I am sure they will respond with some absurd, fake comment, but I can assure you that this is how the situation unfolded.

Overall, we loved this place! Clean and nice interior room is located in central Quebec city, easy access to anywhere. Recommend this place for any visitors. A few of cons are 1) this place asked to provide ID info or credit card info for deposit through unsecured communications (e.g. e-mail, text message, and/or over-phone) if we book non-directly (e.g. via Expedia) even if we prepaid (and I didn't have a local phone number to contact), and 2) TV was not working due to 2-a) network, and 2-b) cable not connected.
