Staff friendly and welcoming, rooms spacious and clean, good breakfast and dinner options locally. Only downside is the noise nearby- the sound of beer barrels being rolled down the stone street outside at 5am was very jarring.

Family Trip in Old Town Dubrovnik

Stay was great. Excellent location in the heart of Old Town Dubrovnik. Tezoro restaurant across the street was amazing as well.

Old Town Gem

This hotel is in a perfect location in Old Town! The air conditioned room was a great reprieve from the summer heat. It is owned by the adjacent restaurant which is very good, and you get a 20% discount on meals for staying at the hotel. Just make sure you leave your hotel key on the table so the staff know. Older hotel room and interior (which you’d of course expect given the city’s long history) and no daily room service unless requested for a charge, but it was clean and comfortable for a 4 night stay. We loved our time here!

Clean and good location. Windows had no soundproofing at all. Hear the restaurant below until 1 am or so every night. Very hard to sleep. Bring your own soap and shampoo as the room does not provide

This is a budget end accommodation but it has character and location even if it has no lift (73 and 78 and we managed the stairs). Breakfast and Resto dinner al fresco right outside in the narrow Ulića Śiroka. Everything was clean, towels were soft, street noise in the evening is perfectly understandable for being right in the centre and just as atmospheric as the church bells. Maybe suggest checking the hot water temperature which is very high. Otherwise, we have been so pleased.

Noisy room in the best location

The location is amazing. You are right where the attractions are. However this also means that the room is incredibly noisy at night. There is no insulation so you can hear everything outside and there were some really loud guests in the hallway yelling at 2AM. First night didn't sleep at all but after we went and bought earplugs it was better. If you book this just remember to bring earplugs

Needs a Refresh

The location is perfect but the noise level above the restaurant was very loud. The lighting was poor and bedside lamps were malfunctioning. It needs a refresh in aesthetics. We loved the area and the restaurant was great for dinner.
