Such a lovely place and great location. 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to great restaurants and the main street of Grace Bay. Loved the place and would totally stay there again.

We loved our stay at the South Fleetwood property. The villa was quaint and had everything that we needed for the week. It was clean and pleasant around the whole complex. The villa is close to the beach and walkable to the strip with food & shopping. It was a great week and I can't wait to go back for another stay.

Quiet property. not a ton of amenities, but enough, and walking distance to the beach (~1 min). There is a grocery store about a 10-15 min walk away, and the main strip by Grace Bay is a street away.

The property is not oceanfront, but beach is very close & it is ocean view. Nice place with everything needed to cook a meal. Very homey feel. Safe & convenient to lots of restaurants & shopping. We did rent a car because it was so hot out walking. Would definitely recommend, very friendly nice people at Lodging. Maid very nice & accommodating. You can’t go wrong here!

We stayed in Suite 1 and it was perfect. We enjoyed the back deck/porch as well as the front porch. It was a cozy very comfortable place. We could easily walk for many restaurants and the beach was a quick 1 minute walk away. Excellent location. Everything was wonderful. Water pressure especially in kitchen was very weak.....but that was the only thing I can say negatively about the place. The girl that does housekeeping was a doll! Very, very pleasant experience.

We stayed here before, when it was privately owned. What you don't find out until after you book is that check in/out is at another hotel. You have to take a separate taxi each way, so don't bother with the round-trip transfers from the airport. If you do get that option, don't expect them to pick you up for check out. Tinys taxi's phone went right to voice mail and the box was full. We had to hire another taxi service. Still trying to get a refund from Orbitz.

Perfect Romantic Getaway

The price and location cannot be beat! The hotel itself is bigger than the pictures and perfect for 2 people. The kitchen has everything you could need and there is a lovely outside patio to relax after a day exploring the island or to have your morning coffee. We didn't use the pool but it was very clean and there were new lounge chairs, umbrellas and grills around it. I saw many negative reviews about the beach chairs however I disagree because the hotel came with 2 very nice private chairs along with 2 umbrellas which were perfect! The hotel is only about a 1 minute walk to the beach and about 5 minutes to the town. The only issue with hotel was that the bed is right next to the bathroom which is a bit awkward especially since the door is a sliding door rather than a traditional door that closes completely. Overall I would highly recommend anyone coming to Providenciales to stay at this hotel especially if you want to stay on Grace Bay.

My girlfriend and I booked the Cottage for five nights over New Year's. Debbie's staff put us in the Studio, which was much smaller. She acknowledged the error but could not move us into the cottage. Instead she agreed to refund us the difference. It took more than a week for Debbie to process the refund, and it ended up being just $25/night--when in fact the Cottage was at least $75/night more expensive. She never gave us a full refund. If you book this property be prepare to get the wrong room.

This property was disgusting. Roaches everywhere, ants everywhere, bed was dirty and had roaches under it. There was roaches in the bathroom. It was a roach party. We were told we were getting a new room- that didn't happen. I tried speaking with manager "Debbie"- conversation got disconnected and she rudely ignore my calls. She's also not willing to do partial refund after what we had to experience. We were also told that we could use a gym, which is non existent, website speaks of a "spa" that was also not provided. By far the worse stay I've had in years. I don't know why it says "excellent" on the reviews. It's a horrible place. We were the only ones staying there , now we know why.

I have stayed at this place multiple times and although I am attracted to its homeyness, I am feeling a sense of neglect for the experience of renting their villas.  I was in love with this place from my initial renting in 2012.  the original owners built this place with love. very welcoming and personable.  you could feel it.  the present owners, not so much. I had friends come with me. the rental has THE WORST beach chairs on grace bay, (and we walked grace bay)! missing slats, rusted. and aside from that, for the weeklong stay we had to endure seeing a used condom laid out on one of the chairs. I was embarrassed because these folks relied on my decision to come here, as I have loved it in the past.  the electric stove top in the unit is severely cracked. i informed the owners of this LAST year.  the temperature dials are so old they are blank, making cooking a meal without burning it a challenge. not wanting to be petty, but there were only two coffee cups in a three bedroom unit. come on, these guys have to do better. during our stay, day 2 the blender died.  the owners were notified. after not hearing from them I called on day 4. The woman I spoke to said they were aware of the issue but when I again stated the problem the woman said she didn't understand the issue and what I wanted.  I had to literally state that I was requesting a replacement for the blender.  needless to say it arrived later that morning. the lounge chairs around the pool, although updated are cover

エクスペディアから予約確認メールが来てから1カ月後に、オーナーから直接メールが入り、諸事情(ダブルブッキング)で泊まれなくなったのでキャンセルしたとの連絡が入った。旅行日が迫っていたので、エクスペディアにも電話して対応をお願いしたが、自分で対応するしかないとの返事。オーナーと3週間ほど何度もメールのやり取りをした結果、この宿泊施設(Cekers Townhouse)を紹介されて泊まりました。元の宿泊施設は街の中心部まで歩いて5分、海が目の前のロケーション。3ベッドルーム。しかし、紹介された宿泊施設は街の中心部まで車で5分、海までは歩いて15分、2ベッドルーム。条件は悪化していますが、一切の値引きに応じてくれませんでした。 既に他のホテルはいっぱいで予算内で泊まれる所はなく、飛行機のチケットも変更できず、エクスペディアからも「オーナーと交渉して代替施設を紹介してもらうしかない」と言われ、やむなく泊まる判断をしました。 旅行前に、これだけ嫌な思いをしたのは初めてです。この宿泊施設では、他にも同じような事象が発生しているようです。この宿泊施設を利用する方は十分ご注意下さい。

Hard to rate this property as our accommodation in the complex was brand new. So our studio was very clean and had all required amenities. This alone deserves a 5 star. The complex is a 3-4 min walk from beach, so great accessibility. Being so close to the beach, the price was very reasonable. Our issue was with the exterior of the premises. The pool water was very cloudy and unclean when we arrived. We were unable to use the pool until day 6 of our 10 nite stay after the pool maintenance guy showed up on the 5th day and did maintenance on the pool after which we were told it would be useable the next day. The area around the pool is not maintained. The area needs sweeping. The pool furniture needs cleaning. There is a bin with pool toys but they are all very dirty. it would be better if the bin n toys were removed. The property advertises a communal clothesline and clothespins in each unit. This is untrue. When we erected a small line to dry our swimwear, we were sent a message to remove it. The exterior gets a 3 star at most. It should also be noted there is construction all around the property which is now in preliminary stages so noise was not a problem. As the construction progresses, noise may become an issue.

I had an amazing experience at the South Fleetwood Villas. I was in Suite 2 which is a studio with a comfortable king bed, a full kitchen, including a microwave, coffee maker, electric tea pot, stove and full size refrigerator. The Suite was immaculately clean. All the kitchen supplies you would ever need. The room also included beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler with wheels, that you could take to the beach or throw in your car to take to another beach. Also, they have beach chairs already on Grace Bay for you to use. The beach is 50 ft from this villa. Just behind The Mansion condos. it’s the perfect spot. 1/4 mile to town where all the shops and bars are. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It’s a great value for where it is and what is in included in the accommodations. I also enjoyed my private patio and the peaceful pool area. The pool was very clean! I felt very safe here as the villas are gated. Great bang for your buck here! I highly recommend the South Fleetwood Villas.

Very cozy spot super close to beach, many restaurants and supermarket. If you are looking for a high-rise hotel this is not for you. If you are looking for something with character then this is your place. We did not have a car and it was fine. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was because you had to pick up and drop of the key at a different location. Also they required a 250 deposit that I was not aware of until day before we got there. Otherwise it was great. We were in the effeciency. Small bed but fine for me and my teenage daughter. Shower went hot and cold but that did not bother us. Kitchen had everything you would need. We loved being able to sit outside on the deck and have our morning coffee. We never felt uncomfortable walking anywhere. Any issues we had (smoke alarm battery was dead, electricity went out) was fixed very quickly. Communication was very easy. Would definitely stay again.

This was an absolute gorgeous Villa, we stayed in studio 2 and really enjoyed it. The beach is 2 min away and within 5 min you are downtown and have dining an shopping options. The studio offered beach chairs, and an umbrella. While you don’t need it for grave bay beach (they have beach chairs) we used them for the other beaches we went to. We would definitely rent this gem again.

The South Fleetwood property is an excellent place to stay in Grace Bay! It's a short walk to the beach and a shot walk into town, with dining and shopping nearby. The unit was newly renovated, and the pool was relaxing.
