I didn’t like the fact that they had a private event and the restaurant was only for them .We had to wait till they cook their meals then we were able to order food and bring it to the room all cold .We ask about the restaurant but never mentioned that it was going to be close for the other tenants

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL,.. FILTHY DIRTY

Horrible, Filthy Condominiums with non- customer service the name of the woman running the place is CLAUDIA !!! The people that operate this Apartment- Condominium Place shouldn’t being on business... we spend over $$$ on our reservation and we got there after a nine hrs drive that the place was not ready for us .. But in reality it wasn’t !!! We are a Family of 12 we rented a 3bedroom loaf that have Dirty sheets in every bed and it look like the place was vacant for months !!!!!!!! Fridge and Key room broke and there is nobody to help you out as well..... we needed to scream from above for help because nobody was answering the phone at eight in the morning at the reception area and we couldn't get out of the condominium because the key broke inside the door lock. My story is so long that everything in there was just bad. Bad place and terrible customer service... we ended up leaving the Hotel that morning spending more money because this place has the audacity of saying that we were the one’s braking things and i guess getting sheets, floors, curtains, furniture and the entire place trash.... We haven’t get our Money back from this place or Hotels.com ( We are ready to file a law suit agains this place in Honduras for insanitary reasons ) Stay out of this Place!!! And Hotels.com doesn’t have your back on situations like this ... they care less if you get your money back or not. I have video and photos ... i will get my money back soon or later.

Loved the beach. Very comfortable Villa. The food at the restaurant needs improvement. Next time I’ll take to cook myself instead ( there is a full kitchen).

I really enjoyed the stay at this hotel, is very clean, and you feel like is all just for yourself. the beach is beautiful and one step from the hotel, the pool is large and all the surroundings are forest.

Great beach vacation

This hotel has the perfect beach. We arrived a little early and the staff offered all the amenities while we waited. The kids really enjoyed the pool!

Excelente lugar para vacaciones familiares!!!

Bello Lugar, el personal muy amable, las instalaciones muy cómodas y bonitas, la limpieza en general buena, sobre todo en la piscina, muy bien ubicado contiguo a la playa, la cocina tiene lo necesario para poder hacer una comida completa, únicamente como recomendación incorporar un microondas y afilar los cuchillos, de ahí por lo demás todo estuvo excelente.
