The apartment was easy to find and check in was easy. Nice to be able to put our luggage in lockers before checking in time. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Bed was really comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Coffee machine in reception a nice welcome touch. Would book again. Sintra is beautiful and right on the doorstep.

Great loft experience. Plenty of space and a lovely kitchenette. In the heart of old Sintra and it is really nice to stay a night versus taking the bus as you can see the crowds trying to navigate their way around. Be cognizant of ubers etc, cars are limited jn the area so you need to walk a block or so in. Not far at all

Advertised that parking was available. Failed to disclose that the apartment was in a limited access district and that the parking was on the other side of town. Also, they did not send acess codes on a timely basis causing a delay in our departure from Lisbon and forced us to download a third party messaging app. This is an absentee management company in Singapore. Spoiled visit.

This place exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the two bedroom Appartment. It was huge and so spacious making it very comfortable for our family of 4. 2 large bathrooms and we were thankful for a tub. The location was great, a tasty Indian restaurant just a little ways up from it and a 2 min walk to the bustling historic center. We enjoyed the fresh apples every day and a sip of port at night in the common room. A wonderful place! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect accommodation in Sintra! The location is awesome, and the loft was spacious and clean with lots of natural light. The LovelyStay team communicated everything we needed to know for our stay through WhatsApp, and made contactless check-in so easy. We arrived to Sintra earlier than our check-in time and used the safe and secure luggage storage area on the property. Overall I’m super impressed and happy with our stay at this property!

It is a bit difficult to call Uber because they need a QR code to go inside the property. Once, they give us a QR code doesn't work, the car can't go inside, we need to carry our grocery walk back to the hotel, and it is a inclined road.

This seems a residential rental, not a hotel. We arrived late and they said OK, but it was from another office's response. When arriving 8pm, door was closed and nobody in service. Call another line, took a long time to find my reservation. They don't have frontdesk, everything online, everything self serviced, but they did not email clearly upfront. Avoid this hotel for the trouble

The location is very close to National palace, really Central Area. The communication of direction and not to use google map etc is actually quite confusing. But it’s generally uneasy to drive in Sintra, so not the host’s issue I didn’t pay the city tax online before I arrive, therefore I didn’t get the passcode I needed. I suggest guests to pay upfront, although I thought it’s a bit unsure about security of paying on that link. (It ended up ok.) Main down side is the smell of old pipe in the unit, especially in the bathroom. I think it might be an issue of all old buildings, but I can’t confirm.

Great place except for the power outage

The hotel has great location. It is 1-2 minute walk from the palace of sintra. The beds, sheets and towels were very fine. Decor was beautiful considering it was retrofitted from a very old building. However there were several issues during our stay. Communication regarding how to locate the place was confusing. It would have been better if they told you to start at palace of sintra and walk 1-2 minutes down the hill towards the only Tandoori restaurant. It was just past this restaurant. The QR code to open gate to city centre did not work. I felt bad for our uber driver. The power went out at 10pm, on a very cold night. They could not restore electricity (there is no one at property). They did offer to relocate us. However we would have had to repack everything, wake up the children and locate another property in the dark. Due to the power outage the fire alarm in our room kept blinking and I was unable to sleep. I wish they had staff at the property. They are quick to respond to messages. Overall it was a bad stay mainly due to the power outage (the properties surrounding had power). I am not sure if the they can mitigate this due to the age of this village and property or with a backup generator.

We had a rental car so needed a QR code to access the restricted zone to drop off our luggage. The one provided had already been used so we were told by security that we would need a new code. It took well over an hour to get while waiting in our car, at the gate, on a hill on a narrow road where we had to keep repositioning our car for others to get by. We never did get another code to re-enter to pick up our luggage. If you are going to drive, which is not recommended, driving anything larger than a small compact car will prove extremely difficult. Our compact barely fit down several narrow roads, including the one leaving this vacation rental (we had to pull our mirrors in). We saw an SUV have to back out down the hill and around a couple of tricky corners. The unit was highly scented and I had to search for the source and found a scented plug which I had to remove from the room and open all the windows. The location was convenient to dining and shops. Unfortunately the coffee shops don’t open until 9:30 so finding an early breakfast was unsuccessful. The bus and tuk tuks are only a 5 minute walk away and the train 15.

Very nice stay in a two bedroom apartment on the bottom floor of the hotel. Staff were very communicative and nice and we had no trouble getting our access to the hotel and rooms set up before we arrived. Free luggage storage was super nice. Room itself is a little older but quite comfortable. They do a very thorough job cleaning before you arrive. There was a fridge, stove, espresso machine, hot water boiler, microwave, and dishwasher. Bathrooms were nice and spacious too, with water that got warm/hot fairlt quickly and consistently. Free use of the in-room and community washers and dryers was super nice. Location wise it's walkable from the main shopping area in Sintra and across the street from the National Palace of Sintra, and 15 minute fast walk from the Quinta de Regaleira. It is down a hill so be aware of that if you have trouble walking. We really enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to book here again if we returned to Sintra. (pS the Indian restaurant next door is SOLID! Highly recommend.)

Locomoção dentro do Hotel bem difícil e sem acessibilidade alguma, muitas escadas e ambiente de corredores apertados e barulhentos. Facilidade na entrada com o código numérico para abrir a porta principal e também a do quarto - ponto positivo não se preocupar com chaves. A pía do banheiro tinha o ralo entupido e a água nunca descia. Uma tortura. A água ficava quente por pouco tempo e em seguida sempre fria, quase congelante. A localização é bem central, cerca de 5 minutos da praça principal da cidade. Porém mais uma vez, não há acessibilidade para o local.
