Highly recommend for business or leisure

Stayed here again for the 3rd time. And still a brilliant service. I like the spacious accommodation and no one bothers or annoys us during the stay. Reception staff are very helpful and always go the extra mile to assist when required. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend for business and for leisure.

Alina at Premier Suites was exceptionally helpful—she promptly added our car registration to the bus lane exemption and was highly responsive throughout our stay. The location is unbeatable, situated directly across from the Oracle Shopping Centre. We arrived late by car, and finding the property was a bit challenging at first, as our sat nav didn’t direct us correctly. Following the provided instructions carefully was essential. However, once we settled in, we had everything we needed, including a convenient coffee machine in the lobby. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I really enjoyed my stay there. The actual rooms themselves were great. Super clean, lots of space. The entrance kind of looks like a prison, and was a little off-putting when I arrived. Also, it’s by a bar called the Purple Turtle. It’s LOUD! Not the music, but the people who go to the bar. It’s roust, and I had the pleasure of being woken up around 3am each day to people screaming and yelling. Bring your ear plays to drown them, and the busses that pass through there out.

Fantastic!!

Went over with my dad for a football match and to catch up with old friends. Property was fantastic and had everything we needed. Clean and tidy and in a great location. Already booked again to go back.

Reading is the perfect hub for travels in and around London - this property allowed us to stay in a 2-bedroom flat with kitchen, washer/dryer; everything is walkable - we loved it and would stay there again.

The only thing is that the appartments are close to bars and restaurants and some nights were noisy because of people being loud. Other than that our stay was much appreciated.

A hidden gem

This hotel made our stay so easy and enjoyable. The rooms are set up as little apartments and have everything you need! Newly opened so there were definitely some teething issues like no wifi yet but for being in central Reading, so close to Christmas we couldn't complain!

The recetionist Sara, sent all informaion on location and entry procedures, promptly and efficiently. She warned us of the road closure and sent directions and a map to help us.

Great stay in centre of Reading

Great stay, right in the centre of Reading. A whole one bedroomed apartment, kitchen equipped dishwasher and washer/dryer. Yea and coffee provided. Great communication. Great price. Secure car parking underneath apartments. My only negative is there wasn’t a mattress protector on the bed.

If located at the front of the building, there’s a lot of noise and light from the street and at all hours. You’ll need to bring earplugs and eye mask! Also, be aware that the hot water cylinder only heats overnight, so not unusual to have no hot water in the evenings! Building could do with refurbishment.

Very close to Reading Town centre.

No in and out of the parking lot between 7am and 11 am. and 4 - 7 pm. Extreme;y noisy from 11 pm. - 4:00 am. Hotel is very sparse and needs some more furniture and a rug n the living room to make it more appealing. It also needs and armchair and 4 chairs around the tables regardless of how many people are booked in there. Its impossible to have friends in for a drink before dinner as there is nowhere to sit.

I did not receive my VIP perk which was supposed to be a bottle of wine. I forgot to ask about it and made a mistake when completing the Expedia check in feedback by saying that I had received the wine....we never did. This property is PERFECT for the location to restaurants, the grocery store (Sainsburys, M&S Food), shopping, the bus line, you name it. That is why we booked this specific unit, along with the available space for a week long stay. I am not sure if we were supposed to receive daily housekeeping or not. We did not receive any housekeeping all week so maybe I am wrong. I did not follow up with the front desk. Our specific flat was not open with the kitchen like what is shown in the photo. Our kitchen was in a different closed room which was disappointing.

Brand new, comfortable and well located

This is a brand new facility, I was the first guest in my room. Staff were extremely friendly at check in and I even received a welcome hamper with toast, jam and biscuits and bottles of water. The building is located beside the Oracle mall and nearby to bus stops and 10 minutes walk from the train station. The only drawback to this central location is the noise from the crowds but that is to be expected and the flat has lots of doors to close your bedroom off from the traffic so sleep was not interrupted. The flat is laid out like a regular 1 bedroom flat with a separate kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and lounge with flat screen TV, sofa and 2-seat dining table. The kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, W/D including detergent, coffee maker, toaster, fridge with fresh milk and butter, oven & hob, etc. I enjoyed making toast in the morning while getting ready. The bed is extremely comfortable and there's an iron and ironing board available. The bathroom is very generous sized with toiletries provided, and a nice walk-in shower. The overall spec of the flat is very good. I would highly recommend this place for longer term business stays as you can really spread out and feel at home, and the location is perfect for commuting to the office, shopping and restaurants in the evening.
