Absolutely amazing. Great property. Amazing condo (2 bedroom, 2 bath AND 2 patios!!). great property. Great communication. Nice to have the restaurant and bar on property (with pool, darts and games and great food, service and drinks). Just north of town so great location between town and secret beach. We had an issue in the unit that they responded to so quickly. I’m definitely staying here again !

The 2 bedroom unit was perfect for myself and adult son 2 veranda . Washer dry in unit was very convenient as we travel light. Staff was very helpful with everything. Cart delivered to property. Pickup at watertaxi and taken to airport . Communication was the best .sargassum was disappointment but not unique to this property

We stayed here with two youngs kids and had a great time. The suite was clean and very nice. The views of the beach are beautiful. The pool is small but nicely shaded by trees. The restaurant on property was limited but there are several options nearby. We rented a golf cart to get to town but it is walkable if you don't have young kids in tow.

The unit that we rented was nicer than the pictures. The winner was the front desk guy, who was so nice and so helpful. Liked that the bar closed at 10pm and it was quiet after that.

Amazing stay

We absolutely loved our stay at Tres Coco’s and would be back. The front desk was very welcoming, the property (inside and out) was immaculate, and the location was wonderful. You definitely need a golf cart to get around the island (we rented ours independently and it was much cheaper than through the resort), but there are plenty of restaurants walking distance or within a five minute golf cart ride. It’s not a place to party, but if you want a good drink the Doghouse is right on site. The pool was absolutely stunning and very well maintained- I could have spent the whole day on property enjoying the amenities and view.

The property is very well managed, staff is very helpful and always answering / responding to inquiries. Not only the rooms were amazing, it was actually an apartment with two rooms, living room, dining table, full kitchen, two bathrooms, three different AC units for each area, but the staff helped us booking our tours, rent a cart, advised on places to eat, hang out, visit etc. The place has everything one would need: pool, beach with chairs, access to the sea, restaurants close by, one on site. Did I mention the washer and drier that we had in our unit? Very happy we stayed here, we definitely will come again!

We really appreciated the communication between the resort before we even arrived. They took care of everything for us that we could need.While we were there they referred us to the best excursions. Every one in the office was helpful however we mainly dealt with Bryan who was extremely kind. Our condo had an amazing view and had everything we needed stocked in it. Very comfortable with balconies and a hammock. If you can not tell I would highly recommend Tres Cocos Resort.

This is a very nice property, and we were really happy with the condo - clean, spacious, beautiful view of the ocean, nice front porch/balcony. The service was also great - they booked a golf cart for us, as well as a snorkelling trip, and we could exchange towels and beach towels whenever we needed to. And this is a nicely located property - easy drive to town, but not too close, and an easy drive to the Truck Stop, which has great pizzas, among other food options. But the sargassum in the water directly in front of the property (and all properties on this side of the island) meant we couldn’t go in the sea. This is not the property’s fault. It’s probably the fault of agricultural and mining run-off from the Amazon, global warming, etc. I think this is seasonal (spring and summer), so maybe this wouldn’t be a problem in winter. I don’t know. Our solution was to go on a few snorkelling trips and to spend our time on the Secret Beach side of the island, where the water is crystal clear turquoise and absolutely beautiful. And the road there is not as bad as people say - a little bumpy, but not bad.

A Wonderful Stay at Tres Cocos, San Pedro Ambergris Caye, Belize Our stay at Tres Cocos was absolutely delightful! The property boasts a stunning view from both the en-suite room and the living room, and everything was impeccably clean with comfortable beds. During our stay, the air conditioning in our en-suite room stopped working. The manager, James, promptly tried to fix it, and although it couldn’t be repaired that night, he kindly gave us a refund for one night. We didn’t complain or show disappointment because we understand that things happen, but his proactive approach and generosity truly showcased the exceptional customer service at Tres Cocos. The location is perfect—situated between the north and south, offering a quieter atmosphere compared to the busy town area. It’s also close to some amazing restaurants, like The Dog House and Mesa Bistro, which became one of our favorite spots to eat. The staff and locals in the area were incredibly friendly, and James went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We would absolutely stay at Tres Cocos again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Belize!

The staff was very accommodating and the resort was very nice but no one could go on the beach and swim or snorkel. The golf carts are terrible- no suspension and the road was not paved and really full of pot holes. So instead of enjoying our stay, my back is in SERIOUS pain. Also the air port is horrible ! Unfortunately this was a very painful experience and very costly. Not ever going back

I'll start with the two things that stood out most: the staff and sunrises. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Every single person we encountered, from the front desk to the grounds keepers, made us feel welcome. Second, we were treated to amazing sunrises almost every morning from our front balcony. If you have the choice, try to stay in a unit facing the water. If not, go out to the beach one morning to experience it. Aside from this, the property is in a great location right outside of town but very convenient to restaurants, groceries, etc. You can easily walk to the sports bar on site (Dog House) and 303 Belize (over the water), but there are several others within 5 minutes via golf cart, or a little longer on foot. There's a private beach that was swimmable in December, and although there's a seawall around most of the water, there's also a smaller area with walk-in access.
