テーマパークは近いのですが無料シャトルの本数や時間帯がやや不便でした。公共バスの利便性が悪くタクシーでの移動を覚悟すればロケーションは良いと思います。

Although it could use some updating it was clean, staff was friendly, lots of onsite activities, close to restaurants, shopping. It had a shuttle for the parks. Price was right so I feel I got value for my money. Condo was very comfortable, lots of space and all the things I needed to cook and make my morning coffee!

Nice for a family vacation

Great place for family vacation (6 people). Rooms are like small apartments and the kitchen is a full size one. Quiet place, really nice. There’s no ice in the property and our fridge ice maker wasn’t working, but Wawa is 2 mins from the property. Super close to the property there is Dollar Tree, Pizza Hut, KFC, Walgreens, an Asian buffet and Wawa.

The pools were nice. No elevators had disabled child, was really difficult. Had to change room three times. First location, second for ants. Than the third room also had ants. The unit does need some updating, old carpet. Furniture was very old. The price was not really bad for a two bedroom, but the place really does need work. The girl at check in was very nice and helpful. Wish i had known there was no elevators. With a disabled child it was really difficult with stairs. They didnt get back to us about our complaints, once we finally reached a manager all they could say was sorry and deal with expedia, that is another problem. Expedia doesnt even seem to have a number to talk to anyone.

Misaligned ratings.

The rooms smell of cigarettes, smoking is allowed on the patios. Obviously people smoke inside as well. We were moved to another room, it was only slightly better. The management is solely focused on getting the payment. Once made, no true consideration of the very poor quality of this establishment. The rating level of this resort is highly inflated. This is a six best at best. The grounds are littered with plastic bottles and cigarette butts. There evidently are two entities which share the location. So buyer beware. The maintenance of these units is very clearly not a priority. Very worn.

Great stay- Beautiful Property

Stay was good. The property was nice and the condos were comfy and had a good amount of room. The only complaint is that we were told at the front desk that we could use the elevators, but they were very far from our room and had steps leading down to the hallway we were on, so it made it difficult to get luggage to our room. Other than that, we were there for a short time and it rained so we didn't get to use all the amenities that we wanted to- the Putt Putt looked like fun and we wanted to try out other things. We did get to enjoy the pool and hot tub on our last night, and they were good. Property is beautiful and close to stores/restaurants and right around the corner from Disney. We went to Universal and that was only about 20 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again. Already recommended it to family members!

2 bedroom unit with full kitchen and 2 bathrooms was a great value for the price, located with walking distance to many restaurants, pharmacies and convenience stores. Many activities on site, beautiful grounds with 4 pools and hot tubs.

Es el segundo año consecutivo que me hospedo en el Blue. Me encanta la tranquilidad, cerca para trasladarse en auto a todos los lugares. Aconsejaría una recepción intermedia. Dado que permanecer en el edificio 18, es el extremo opuesto al ingreso. Me encanta el Blue, es familiar, cómoda las habitaciones y cocina.

Great family friendly stay!

Our stay was pretty great. My only complaint would be on the Hotels.com website I had selected an option for a 2 bedroom villa with queen beds in each room, and when we arrived I was met with one king bed room and the other bedroom had 2 twin beds. This was unexpected and was informed after calling that the property does not offer any queen bed rooms. Other than that, the stay was great. Everything was clean, organized, and wonderful amenities. Loved having a kitchen and laundry in our unit. Easy check-in/check-out despite my late arrival hour.

The unit we stayed in was dirty and had roaches. I was very surprise because me and my family have stayed on this property numerous times but this time this unit we had was an older model and was dirty. At night time roaches would crawl on the counter we had to make sure we put our food up so they would not crawl over it.

We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Size was great and I really appreciated the full kitchen amd dishes/dishwasher. There seemed to be a small leak somewhere because the floor in the dining room was always wet. We also expected to have our own washer/dryer and did not, so for that I rated a 4. It was safe and quiet though. Close to the Disney parks amd close to Convention Center. Gas stations, Walgreens and Grocery store nearby. Also near several restaurants. We were satisfied with our stay!

Great location, very easy to find parking anytime of the day. No guest loitering around the buildings. Pools were quiet and awesome! Will stay at this resort next time we visit Orlando.
