The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There was no reception or staff available to contact. No air conditioning in the apartment. You have to pay to use the pool and gym. The freezer was full of frost buildup and couldn't be used or closed properly. There was a leak from a radiator in the bathroom. The toilet seat was loose. My son had to climb over a gate to let us in because the code didn't work. All in all, a terrible experience, and we switched hotels the next day. Seven days later, they still haven't gotten back to us. Stay away from this place.

The apartment was nice, but had very limited windows - only in the bedroom, which meant it became quite hot and stuffy, even with the windows open. One of our key reasons for choosing the apartment was the pool and gym facilities. However these were really disappointing. The pool was very cold as was the hot tub and both were over crowded. The gym had very limited cardio equipment. The location is also not the best as it is a little out of the centre in the other side of the river. However taxis are really cheap and it is walkable if you like walking and time permits, but I think as a result we lost some of the atmosphere of the old town. The man on reception was nice and communication good initially, although when we checked out this morning we spent 30mins trying to find out what to do with the keys as no one was about or answering the phone. Overall on ok stay but improbably would Look for somewhere else if I visited again.

Il me semble ...

Homey hotel with good hostess.

We stayed for four nights (two adult and one child) at the accommodation in July 2021 and had a very nice stay. The hostess was extremely helpful and communicative. She was a great aid both in connection to our stay in general and with organizing different tours for nearby tourists sites. The room was more homey than a regular hotel room, but had everything that we needed during out stay. We may return and can recommend other to stay here as well.
