Our apartment was wonderful , very roomy and the courtyard spa was excellent . Everybody was so friendly and the added bonus of a great restaurant right at the front . Apartment was clean and well equipped . We will definitely be staying here next time we visit Hervey Bay

Allegra.... a great place to stay in Hervey Bay. The pool area is fabulous, the unit was well layed out and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. We checked in after-hours but the process was easy, so was the next day in the reception area and the staff were really friendly. We were surprised at just how big the rooms were and the layout was perfect for us, we were in a 2 bedroom. Kids loved the pool and the added bonus that the pool is heated. We also enjoyed the number of cafes/restaurants in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment across the esplanade from the beach. Very clean and well equipped. Huge balcony with a view of the beach through the trees. One compliant, internet speeds are around 25mps, slow these days, and goes missing if you want to use it on the balcony. Other than that nothing wrong with this apartment and again, incredible balcony.

Modern, well-appointed apartment in good location

Friendly, welcoming staff. Nice spacious, comfortable, well-appointed apartment just a short stroll from a lovely patisserie, Indian and Italian restaurants. A couple of kilometres walk along the Esplanade to Reefworld and Urangan Pier. On the pick up route for whale watching tours.

Place was great to stay at, receptionists were helpful and friendly. They went the extra mile for us. It was our anniversary and had two young kids, they setup a cot for us and provided us with complimentary champagne. Great restaurants within walking distance. Their pool is to die for, very large, warm and clean you can swim without getting cold. The place is also very clean and maintained. The only improvement I would suggest is their showers whilst not dirty definitely require a deep scrub/clean, visible mold and yellowing tiles which makes it feel a bit gross. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Hervey Bay

We came for my husbands work. I spent a lot of time in the pool and relaxing on our patio reading. We decided to pay more and book the swim up 2 bedroom apartment. I’m so glad we did, as it was everything we needed and more. It provided quick, easy and private access to the pool and had heaps of outdoor space to relax in. The location of the hotel was perfect for a beach walk to the shops and restaurants too. It was quiet at night and the pool was clean and well maintained. We found all the staff we came across very helpful and welcoming. They went out of their way to make our stay a good one! We would definitely stay again when we are up that way and will recommend a stay to anyone! Especially if they book the swim up room! Thank you all 😀

Never again

Paid a large amount for 4 nights in a 2br apartment and expected there to be sufficient supplies for 5 days. But no...they wanted to charge us $3 for a towel when I asked for a clean one on day 3. They do not clean the room at all, or provide any sort of service. They did not leave enough supplies in room to last the 5 days, and when I went to reception to ask for toilet paper at 2pm, there was no one there. There was a number to call if reception is unattended - no one answered. They then expect you to clean the apartment before you leave, and whilst we were rushing around trying to clean the place before check out, they had the audacity to call us at 10:30am to harass us to check out. This place needs to provide proper supplies and service if they want to charge the amount they do. Not happy.

Great family stay in the 2 bedroom swim up apartment. I highly recommend the swim up apartment for kids if you plan to swim everyday, pool was heated so we were able to swim in July. BYO pool towels or they can be hired from reception. Toiletries are fairly basic (combination shampoo/conditioner and bar soap) so if you're particular BYO, face washers are also not supplied. Italian restaurant next door was excellent and also does coffee early Thursday - Sunday. Foodworks a short walk up the road for supplies.

The checkin process was great and the reception was very welcoming and informative. The on site managers also couldn’t have been nicer. The property itself was really lovely, lots of space and well equipped. The Italian restaurant that was attached offered a great menu, the pizzas were very good.

The property is well kept, clean and within easy walk to the beach. Our apartment had everything we could have wanted ( apart from a face washer perhaps) , comfortable bed ,nice bathroom, bid kitchen and living room. Enjoyed using the chromecast. I liked using the gym exercise bike. The reason I did not give 5 stars was a very active family with children above us. Despite us and the manager speaking to them (which improved things a bit) we endured a lot of trampelling noise from above, evenings and starting 6am. Our holiday was all about trying to find peace and quiet, so that spoiled it a bit.
