The hotel and he staff are perfect. The only thing some times music in the reception or in the pool bar is so loughd that you can not relax and if you have a massage tretment you can not enjoy it properly. The place, beach and staff ar excellent.

Family break at new year

Great staff and very good property. Good was okay. Breakfast good. Ate at Banyan tree two nights. I recommend The Cove. Very good. Staff at Casia are great. Disappointed Jet Ski and ATV not available. Paintball was great fun. Overall would give the holiday a solid 8/10. Fantastic Beach. Windy in January.

What a pleasure!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The golf course is great while the beach is one of the best in the region with white sands and clear waters.

The rooms are nice, we liked that it's near the golf course. However whenever we call a buggy, it always takes a while and the reception during check in is always chaotic and long q. Other than that, this is still one of our favourite hotels in Bintan.

We are impressed with our stay. Check in was easy. The rooms were simple and clean….we all love the space. Breakfast was sufficient but would be better if coffee station was faster. We stayed for 2 nights 3 days, love the beach and the pool. Good variety of restaurants to go.

Very friendly staff. The beach is beautiful and very clean. The pool is a bit small and can be crowded. The food is overpriced as expected in resorts but other amenities make up for it.

We like the private beach , badminton and fine sand ( except got to watch out for small rocks in the sand).Swimming pool and Banyan massage facilities were great ! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Recommendation to “ local” kelong mangrove was poor . We initially planned to go to Nirwana Kelong but the taxi counter lady staff redirected us. Given the poor recommendation for food, we did not have confidence in the hotel’s snorkeling tour and engaged a private snorkeling tour instead . Food at the treetops was good

Worth the price, brand new, clean and tidy, spacious, good ambience, nice view (even i got upgrade to ocean view) recommend to stay after monsoon season and weekday to get a better offer. Overall was perfect, thank u!

The room was great. Two bedroom apartment for a reasonable price with breakfast included. Everything else (activities, attractions and food options) are highly overpriced. The only reasonable priced food option was the restaurant located in the main building around the front desk of the hotel (Vista).
