Great location absolutely disgusting dirty room

The location was excellent but our apartment was disgraceful in that it was very dirty. We found little ants and dust cobwebs

Conveniently located right by Howard Smith Wharves, the river walk into the city and the Fortitude Valley dining and bar scene. Staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the property itself is dated and in desperate need of a revamp.

Affordable and convenient

Affordable and convenient. Was able to check in early and check out/leave my car until later in the day which was great. Friendly staff. Stayed here for my uni prac. Was great to have a stove and washing machine/dryer. So many good options down stairs. The apartment could do with a deep clean as it wasn’t throughly cleaned in some areas but otherwise it was ok.

The room was very old and in need of renovation, particularly the bathroom. There was a lid left in the shower from a complimentary bath wash. And the balcony and chairs on balcony were very dirty and we had to clean them. The rate was high for a 1 night weeknight stay. The positives were the service, the late check in was seamless and staff member was very polite and friendly. The location is fantastic if you are wanting to be in Fortitude Valley.

I accompanied my daughter who is a musician and had a delegate pass to Bigsound in Fortitude Valley. I often stay here & it was the perfect location for us. It can be a little noisy depending which room you're in but that's a small trade-off for the location and surrounds. I'll always come back.

Very dirty rooms walked in the tiny bathrooms and had long hair all over the tiled wall. Hairs in the bed. Inside fridge was also very dirty.

Stains on the sheets, crumbs on the floor, didn’t have a floor mat in bathroom, no house keeping at all. Walls were filthy, had to wear shoes around the place otherwise your feet would get filthy. Worst place I have ever stayed in.

Really great location, walkable to the CBD, right near to the river walk too and good buses right next to hotel. Hotel was incredibly clean, nothing wasn't working. Staff were incredibly accommodating, I asked for more bin bags and the cleaners came and cleaned, empty all bins, restocked everything. Staff apologised I had no iron in the room, I hadn't even noticed. Wifi had excellent connection, I made several whatsapp calls to the UK and connection was fantastic. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, I needed a parking space for one night and it was no trouble at all.

Easy to find, after hours access instructions were perfect but you have to get the key before accessing secure parking. Centrally located, walk to everything, lots of dining options. Comfortable. Unit backed onto lift shaft so a little noisy. Good security. Undercover gated parking was awesome & reasonably priced but availability and additional charges not clear in listing. Broken blind, dirty couch (take a sheet to cover) and a few cockroaches both alive & dead. We didn't spend too long at the unit so not really an issue.

Was difficult getting hold of some one with lockbox on Saturday at 1.00pm to know what was happening. No where to leave luggage if you arrive slightly earlier. But we’re good let us in at 1.30 pm eventhough room hadn’t been cleaned.

Good: Location is fairly central and about 1.5-2 Km from the CBD area. Plenty of eateries, pubs around the area. China Town is two streets away. Metro is walkable distance too. Rental is ok. Not very expensive and definitely not cheap either. About 20-30 minutes from Airport by Uber. Has all the basic facilities in the room with attached toilet and small kitchenette with small fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle with a basin too. Bad: Hard to find reception desk people. Most of the communication is via phone calls which may be erratic mostly. House keeping isn’t done on its own and one has to call the phone to inform about house keeping. The hotel premises can be noisy as well as the surroundings on weekends with loud music at nights. Those on the lower floors are the most affected. Hotel doesn’t have it own Restaurant.
