in other similar condos we've stayed in, the host has provided shampoo conditioner and many other items such as laundry detergent, and even some basic food items. making a separate trip to the grocery store for small items could've been avoided, and i would happily pay a small fee upfront for this in addition to the sizable cleaning fee.

The association put us in a condo off site with no amenities. When we got there, housekeeping wasn't there yet so the mess fom the people prior was what we walked into.

Terrible experience

We stayed at the terra verde resort, condo 115 pompano beach. The condition of the condo is in disrepair. Everything in there seems to be from the 1970’s including the mattresses and bed sheets. The bathrooms had mildewy shower curtains which the lady I spoke to was nice enough to have them clean right away. The door lock was not explain how to open and the people in the front desk have nothing to do with these condos and even make the situation more confusing . So if you need help they’re not there to help you. I will not stay there again and from now on I will be very careful and ask more questions about these condos and their locations.

Bugs

Check-in was difficult; ants all over the kitchen; the microwave didn't work; bugs in the master bath. The property had water damage from an upper unit and had not been maintained.

Lovely place to relax, a home from home feel to it. Great laundry facilities. Plenty of seating indoors and out. Complex pool is great and a easy drive to Kissimmee. I would go again next time I am in Florida

Great stay

I booked two Condos at different locations both were clean and well maintained very happy with the stay and would use same condo company again. resort wasnt to busy and the area is pretty quiet half a hour drive to everything a bit further out but not a huge issue. would come back

Broken dryer

Dryer broke in 2nd day, manager bought us new towels but it was not fixed during our week there, she did offer to wash our clothes at her house but could not get in touch with the property owner, we had to buy new clothes and air dry our laundry for the week.

ENGAÑO EN RESERVACION

La dirección que aparece en Expedia no es cierta, es un operador de varios condominios, por lo que cuando uno llega a Estados le EXIGE que para dar la dirección de uno de los condominios hay que paga un cargo adicional de $107,00. Como la dirección no corresponde perdimos el primer día y tuvimos que pasar la noche en otro hotel con un cargo adicional. A pesar del cargo adicional que se supone que era por limpieza, nadie en toda la semana llego a limpiar la habitación. La dirección del condominio que habíamos arrendando era para estar cerca de Universal y nos ubicaron en un condominio que requería 45 minutos de viaje para llegar a dicho parque. En general fue un engaño y espero un reembolso

Townhouse stay

The beds were not comfortable at all. Only two TVs !!! one in the master bedroom and one in the living room. TVs was so small and old they were tube TVs no flat screens. Did not provide any trash bags or dish detergent to wash dishes. The floor was more comfortable than the beds. Half the lights worked in the townhouse and half did not. No ceiling fans. The overall stay was not good at all. Need major updating. Online pictures are misleading. I found out about there was only two TVs in the entire townhouse just two days before checking in by then it was too late to find another townhouse. I had to request updated pictures received those pictures the day before checking in!!

Schönes Haus mit vielen Schlafzimmern

Unsere Wohneinheit hatte 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer, dann ein großes Wohn-/Esszimmer und eine offene Küche. 2 Schlafzimmer haben einen Fernseher, ein weiterer steht im Wohnzimmer. Ein Festnetz-Telefon ist vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Bäder allerdings waren schon älter und die Armaturen teilweise locker. Handtücher waren vorhanden, aber Seife usw. muss selber mitgebracht werden. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet mit modernen Geräten (Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, normale Kaffeemaschine und Padmaschine) und allen nötigen Kochutensilien. Wer selbst kochen will, muss sich alles kaufen, da keine Basisaustattung an Gewürzen (z.B. Salz und Pfeffer, Zucker usw.) vorhanden ist. Auch Müllbeutel müssen selber besorgt werden. Das Haus verfügt über Klimaanlage und Alarmanlage. Es ist ein im Haus ein Ordner vorhanden, in dem viele wichtige Informationen zu finden sind (Adressen, Nutzung von Leitungswasser usw.). Allerdings fehlen Bedienungsanleitungen für die Küchengeräte sowie die Alarmanlage (wir hatten das Problem, dass die Alarmanlage grundlos losging und wir dann nicht wussten, wie sie abzuschalten war. Allerdings hat gleich die Securityfirma zurückgerufen, daher konnten wir das gleich klären). Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind genügend vorhanden.

The home had plenty of space, great parking and was very clean. I would recommend staying here if visiting with your family. The convenience of the washer and dryer and a full kitchen made our stay much easier!

Good Value with Ghost Ants

When we first arrived in the evening we discover the condo kitchen was occupied by Ghost Ants (micro size ants). The rest of the condo was clean however every room had something that was in disrepair, Ranging from a lamp in one bedroom ready to fall apart to the master suite where the TV and ceiling Fan was not working and the toilet was constantly running. While the living room furniture was dated but comfortable the love seat had a six inch rip in the material between the two seats. The TV in the children bedroom did not have cable could only be used to play CD's. We never received a call back from our call to maintenance that first evening. Too busy the rest of the weekend (including great clubhouse and pool) to followup on original call.
