Short holiday

Hotel was fine but communication a bit less so. I thought I might arrive after reception closed so I sent a message via the Hotels.com app asking what to do if I was late. In the event I arrived before reception closed which was just at well because I still haven't heard from them...

Great stay!

Great place for a budget stay in Paris. Clean and spacious rooms with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel is situated close to the train station for getting in and out of Paris and there are lots of shops, cafés and restaurants on the hotel doorstep for all of your needs. The hotel was secure and the staff were a great help.

Very convenient location in the suburbs of Paris. Walkable and a bus stops right outside! Only wish there was A/C, but this is uncommon in Europe.

It was a nice experience staying at this hotel if you want to visit Paris in a cheap way. Nice rooms and nice people working there. The only downside I would give it, is that it's a bit far from the city center but it's worth anyway

The staff were very helpful. The apartment was basic but clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Close to both the RER and Metro, approx 10-15 minute walk. You should however give yourself around an hour for getting to/from central Paris.

Unit was very sparse, lacked storage space, counter space for cooking, basic kitchen items (knife, wine glasses). Only had 30ml bottle of dish soap. When asked front desk for more they said they only give one per stay, but we stayed a week. Young woman who worked front desk, never made eye contact or said hello.

Overall, amazing experience. Good price. Area is bit cheeky, won’t advise going out at night time. Reception is bit uncooperative. Requested them for an extra pillow three times from different staff due to neck pain but they denied.

Muy Recomendable

We have been staying in these apartments and the experience has been positive, the cleanliness and general condition are good, you don't have to expect luxuries. The bed, the pillows and the perfect temperature. It is accessed by key but we have always found a person at the reception who has helped us with everything we need. It's a pity that it's a bit far from the center of Paris and coming back at what time is complicated. It is in a working-class neighborhood that you feel safe. The price-quality ratio is very satisfactory. We recommend it. There is only one problem, they take too long to return the amount of the €100 deposit, it has been 5 days since we left and we still have not received it.

Hotel room was very dirty from dishes to the windows that you could hardly see through. Mattress and bed unclean. Drain clogged second day, we had to wash up in the bath. Deposit deposited, not yet returned, is said to be transferred. Rude staff, communication incomprehensible. Broken furniture.

A great little apart-hotel

I have stayed here before (April 2023) however forgot to give feedback. I will do a review for both here instead. The studio's are great, with most things that you need provided. The towels are a little on the small side though, so if you must have a bath sheet sized towel, maybe bring one yourself. The room I stayed in earlier faced onto the main road, which has buses going along it, so is noisier than the ones at the back, so if road noise bothers you, either request a room at the back or book somewhere else. It was quiet over night however and the rooms were very quiet otherwise. The outside noise is likely to be not such a problem in colder weather. There is no air conditioning, however there a fans. The check in hours are limited and this is worth knowing if you are planning to arrive late as the reception will be closed. They also charge a 100 Euro deposit, which is returned at the end of your stay. I found the staff very friendly and helpful.

Hôtel cher pour ce que c'est. Plutôt fonctionnel avec petit coin cuisine et coin salon, situé dans 1 quartier pas super bien fréquenté. J'ai payé en ligne et a mon arrivée j'ai du régler 32 euros supplémentaires (taxe de séjour qui me paraît très élevée). La douchette cassée, la chasse d'eau pas tirée, ménage pas tres bien fait (cheveux sur le canapé, dans la baignoire également). Point positif acceuil sympa.
