Had a 2br/2ba room very comfortable for our family. Lots of space to relax and very convenient. Price was competitive with other hotel options in the same neighborhood but for the size of our room and room amenities this was a much better value IMO! I had never stayed at an Adina property before but will definitely stay at one again and would recommend it.

We were very impressed with this Hotel. It had everything going for it. Great location, wonderful staff, fully functional room, including washing machine, ironing board etc. we loved it and could not fault. Breakfast was excellent. Would strongly recommend. Thanks Adina.

Nice, full service hotel/apartment

Very nice room with amenities for full apartment including washing machine, dishwasher, and stove. Appropriate for the higher cost. Bed was very firm. Good location, 15 minute walk to Central Train station… close to Maritime museum, etc.

Great location, near the city and also very close to Hafen City and the Philharmonie. Great concept of suites, with kitchen, washer, dryer, etc. Fitness center could benefit from more elaborate equipment, though. Otherwise, a solid choice.

Clean and quiet hotel in a convenient location (2 min for subway station). Impressed with the bed condition. Friendly and kind staff. The restaurant on the ground floor served us excellent food. Highly recommended. The only problem was that WiFi got busy during high time (evening) and did not function frequently. It would have been a nightmare if I had had some work to do during the stay. I pointed this out when we left the hotel. I hope they fixed the problem. We could not use the oven in the room as the instruction was written in German.

Worth a travel

Stay was so good I almost want to keep it to myself. Very friendly staff upon checkin. Room was crisp, clean, and modern. Had the 1 bedroom apartment - very comfortable for 3 travellers. Location is great and well connected. I’ll definitely be back.

We moved to this hotel last minute as our other place was so noisy. It was the perfect escape. The room was beautiful, great amenities and so easy to walk everywhere. Plus there was public transport right out the front of the hotel.

Feel like home in a small studio

If you prefer a small studio with your own kitchen and bar table this is the place. Felt like home and very good facilities from sauna, gym and swimming, although bit small for the amount of people when it gets busy but if there is no one it is perfect. But if a walking distance to public transport and centre, nevertheless would recommend if you stay longer and want something more to give a bit of home feeling this is the place.

Stay elsewhere. Poor service, maintenance

I will not stay here again. The shower did not drain so it created a lake of water. That means that they are not cleaning the disgusting stuff from the drain regularly. I told the front desk of this in the morning. The next day... again, overflowing. No action was taken. When I again complained, the reaction was that "I told the maintenance staff of this issue". No apology, no nothing. Just a bad attitude. In addition, the breakfast service was also very much 4/10 experience due to the service, despite being ridiculously priced at 27 euros. I had to ask to have the table wiped because it was cleared but not cleaned, for example. To be honest... this is just not acceptable attitude and service so I will take my money elsewhere since I travel very regularly to Hamburg.

New Year’s Eve

We stayed at Adina for New Year’s Eve going into 2024. The hotel is nice in terms of interior, condition, view and cleanliness. We stayed in a great corner room with lookout to the water, perfect for the New Year’s we had planned. However, our stay was unfortunately disturbed by a fire, meaning that all guest was promptly evacuated. Even though the situation was not caused by the hotel personnel, I must admit that the crisis management performed by the personnel was inefficient and honestly dissatisfactory. Throughout the day we received little information in general. Several guests besides only speaking English, but 90 % of all information was only in German, and we had to ask for translation several times. People were during the day more and more scattered in different corners of the hotel, including the bar and conference room, and we had to ask in the reception for information time and time again as communication was not provided to all guests at once, incl. when we could go back into our room. We sat in a conference room for +6 hours, during this time we were only offered drinks from the bar (after 4 hours) and we were not offered any food, we got snacks only my request. We checked out on the 31st and was informed of possibilities for reimbursement. It took quite some time to get responses from the hotel, but within app. 1 month we had our money for the night, parking and for dry cleaning.

部屋は広く、簡易キッチン付きでとても快適でした。スタッフもフレンドリーです。倉庫街も近く朝散歩できます。ミニチュアランドも散歩がてら朝行きました。地下鉄の駅に近く、ホテル近くの入り口が再開してエスカレーターができれば、スーツケースでの中央駅へのアクセスがさらに良くなります。
