Great stay, great location

The apartment we stayed in was great! It was a large 1-bedroom apartment with a very comfy bed. It was also extremely quiet, which was a bit surprising considering it is located right downtown. The location is excellent since the building is right in the middle of the 2nd Street Market District and is surrounded by so many restaurants.

Great large apartment in awesome neighborhood

Great apartment, very large, very clean. It’s one of those places where you wish you could stay longer if you’re only there for a few days because it’s so accommodating. Also, it’s in a great part of the city. Walkable to pretty much anything downtown.

The condo was perfect for what we needed. The location was great, walking distance to ACL, bars, restaurants, perfect little grocery/convience store downstairs. Parking was great! Felt safe. Wish they condo had more amedities in the kichen. We had to purchase anything we needed for storage (like baggies, aluminum foil, kleenex etc.). They did have a few pots and pans so that was nice. Overall it was a good place to stay and we will return.

Excellent space and location

Very nice stay with Kasa. Excellent location in downtown Austin. The room was extremely spacious and well laid out including a small porch. No issues with the small exception of finding the correct entrance which is just a bit buried in a building but overall, great place and would stay again with hesitation.

Great location. All downtown stuf, 6th street, and congress shopping is walking distance. Great restaurants all around and you never really have to move your car.

Only place to stay in Austin

Kasa is the only way to go when staying downtown Austin! Location is perfect and safe, the apartments are clean and nice. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, makes for a home-like stay!

The whole access to the building is very confusing, you don’t know where are you supposed to put what number into what electronic device, of course you can’t get upstairs from the parking garage to see how that works and I’m not the only one who has the same problem. The access issues were such a turn off that it would make me not recommend.

Not recommend of aged family, we had horrible check-in experiences. they really need to figure out a better check-in process. when we arrived the place after a long driving, what is people expected? A complicated self check-in process. At least I will never boot same type hotel anymore.

Unique eclectic vibe. Excellent location and facility, but very difficult to find. Complicated check-in interactive is only provided at the last minute; be sure to plan a safe location and read through it carefully! This is esssential for this location.

Great apartment, skip the pool.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! The unit was very clean and well appointed. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. The only drawback at this property was the pool area. The cushions on the lounge chairs and in the cabanas were not very clean and looked moldy. The pool itself was also not very clean. From afar, the pool looks nice but upon closer inspection it left a lot to be desired.

Requested 2 rooms for 2 adults, only had 1 bed and 1 sofa with only 1 set of bedding. When i requested the additional set i received it the next day outside the front door wrapped up which meant i needed to make it myself. That was the main reason for the low rating as comfort for that price is critical. Apart from that the street noise was quite loud to which made it hard to sleep.
