Location was fantastic! You can hear live music from the restaurants a block down. Super close to the water and the attractions.

The apartment location was espectacular, the apartment was small but cozy and with the essential. The only disappointment was the sofa bed was so uncomfortable.

Close to Alfama sites. Decorated nicely but the apartment could use some cleaning/painting. Walls were very marked up and appeared to have some liquid splatter. Balcony faces many other apartments in courtyard (not private)

Great flat. Great view. The location is too noisy. The parking issue is a problem. We didn’t have all the things we needed in the kitchen, like garbage bags, salt and pepper, napkins

Beautiful clean apartment in the heart of Porto. Very pretty windows with ironwork. Unfortunately the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable making it hard to sleep. Also the rooms get very hot with no ventilation (or A/C)

This property is at great location with walking distance to all tourists places. However the floors was dirty unclean, bathroom door locks was broken. Property needs cleaning and maintenance before renting again.

We loved the exposed stone and balcony and the location of the apartment. We understood there would be noise from the street due to location but did not expect the linen service people to deliver middle of night / early morning, slamming doors, shouting to one another down the hallway as they dropped off clean linen to the closet at the end of the hall. Extrememly disrespectful.

The apartment is in a great location, lively atmosphere. It is a nice flat and we would rate it higher but for the beddding. The two double bed mattresses where rock hard so no one got a good sleep for the 4 nights and one of us moved to the sofa bed but it was the thinnest mattress so you could feel all the lumps and springs. If this issue was sorted out we would definitely stay again. Shower was great with great pressure. Coffee machine was a nice touch but no milk or cream was provided. Also simple things like no salt or pepper so we had to buy these for the flat. Communication was good and fast but just be aware that check in is at 3pm and checkout at 11am. There is no reception area so you have to lug your suitcases with you until those times.

Lovely place

Location is excellent right in the heart of the city. Couldn't have picked a better spot. Our kitchen had a washing machine which was great as we travelled light. No Air Conditioning but they provided a fan. You are in the centre of town so there is a little noise from outside but nothing off putting, it gives atmosphere. Small cafe, bakery and wine shop next door so you are well catered for. We used them every day. I would 100% stay here again. Marvellous.

We expected a little more for a 4 star rated apartment. Pros: The apartment was centrally located with plenty to do around and lots of restaurants to choose from. There was a lovely view and it was clean and easy to access. A fan provided (despite the heat, the fan worked well and it wasn't too unbearable). Cons: There was a terrible damp/ mould smell in the toilet/ shower room. The shower hose looked unclean and was coming apart at the shower head. The internet & TV did not work for the first day and 1/2 of the second day (a technician was arranged eventually). Kitchen - there were only spoons, the two sharp knives were dull and one was bent, there were no large bowls and there was no drying rack, which was needed as there was no dishwasher. Not enough hangers for clothes - we received more on the 3rd day. TV/router socket seemed loose. Side lamp was unusable due to broken plug.

Très bien situé, mais literie horrible pour 4

Gestion de l’entrée par mail. Appartement très bien situé, en plein cœur du centre historique. Par contre, appartement mal isolé, on entend les entrées/sorties de tous les gens de l’immeuble (que des Airbnb) et la circulation extérieure (beaucoup moins de bruits après 23h30) Nous avons très mal dormi : literie horrible pour le canapé lit (les enfants ont ressenti tous les ressorts) et aucune solution n’a été apportée par l’établissement. Le lit de la chambre était creusé aussi. En bref, appartement pour 2 personnes, mais pas adapté pour 4 (canapé lit horrible pour dormir), et literie qui merite un renouvellement
