Lovely apartment, close to everything. Tihomir was very very flexible and helpful with both check in and check out. Will definitely stay there again when I visit Zagreb next.

The apartment was lovely with a balcony to sit out on. It overlooked an inner courtyard so was very quiet. A short walk to the pedestrian district with lots of shopping and restaurants.

From the warm welcome at check in to leaving this accommodation was excellent. Location central but quiet, within very easy walking to the main square and surrounding attractions. Super comfy bed and pillows, The A/C was efficient, the washing machine a welcome facility whilst travelling!

The owner greeted us and met us at the door and assisted us up with our baggage. The accommodation was spacious and with ample air conditioning. A small kitchen to prepare snacks and breakfast and coffee etc. also appreciated that there is a small clothes washer in the apt.

Beautifully modernized apartments in this historic building with so much character! Our host graciously met us there even after flight delays and helped carry our luggage up to the 2nd floor. Great location near parks, Old Town and great sight-seeing. Croatian hospitality plus❣️

Great apartment in a great location

The apartment is beautifully furnished. When we arrived there was a welcome pack in the fridge, which was greatly appreciated. The room is soundproofed with air conditioning. Down the end of the street are restaurants, bars and the old town. We loved our stay here

Good accommodations and in a great walkable area. The room has a sewage smell and we could not determine where it was coming from. The host responded quickly to a blocked bathroom sink but did not respond to repeated questions on check out procedures.

Tihomer (“T”) was the perfect host. We arrived late on Easter Sunday which meant much in the city was closed on Sunday & Monday. But T communicated well, greeted us, gave us pointers on things to see, and had the apartment ready with all the amenities we could need. Thank you so much!

A Great Option All Round

We had a very comfortable 3 night stay here. Tihomar contacted us the day prior to arrival to organise our check in and was very flexible about the time as we were uncertain of the exact time we would get there. We were able to contact him when we were approaching Zagreb to update him and agree an exact time. He sent us a link to a parking garage about an 8 min (flat) walk away so we could drop off our luggage before returning our rental car. On arrival at the apartment we got good information about the heating, washing machine etc and the milk and drinks left in the fridge for us were a lovely touch. We felt very welcome and comfortable in the apartment and the location is excellent - a short walk to restaurants, shopping streets, trams and to the funicular (or stairs if you prefer) up to the old town. The meeting point for our tour the next day was also just a short 3 min walk away. Doesn't get much better than this.

Let me start off with location,location,location! Next is cleanliness,safety,condition of property. Host Tihomir is excellent,great communications from the time I booked to arrival and subsequent stay. Note to those who are interested in booking , this is a 3rd flr walk up apt,no elevator BUT host was there to help bring luggages upstairs. IF you have mobility issues and have multiple luggages this is not the place for you. This was not the case for me so I really enjoyed my stay. 3 mins walk to Ban Jelacic sq, restaurants and shopping around,2 mins to the park. Zagreb is easy to navigate but it helps that property is right in the center of it all! again this isnt a property for those who have issues with stairs. Thank you Tihomir my my lovely stay.

So much care had been taken to make the apartment comfortable. Excellent high quality bed, sofabed and bedding. Kitchen is enough to heat meals and make breakfasts. Dishwasher and washing machine small but very useful. There is a laundry downstairs if you want to do bigger loads. Local area is perfect for Museums , shops and restaurants. You couldnt ask for more.
