Sept 07, 2025 We checked into rooms 226 and 228 after spending all day at Universal Studios, around 8:30 PM. Once we turned on the water in the shower, we discovered there was no hot water. I called the front desk, but there was no answer. By that time, we had already grabbed something to eat at a great taco spot called Angels, which was just down the street.
It was around 10:30 PM when we returned, and everyone was tired, so we just fell asleep without taking showers. There were three adults and four kids in our group. The next morning, we headed to Santa Monica Beach and then back to Vegas.
When we turned in the keys, I informed the receptionist about the hot water issue. He apologized for not communicating that it wasn’t working, and that was the extent of our conversation. Additionally, the sheets in room 228 were filthy, so we had to sleep with our clothes on, like mummies. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.
