We stayed in one of their apartments. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The property has a wonderful restaurant and is close to others offering a range of choices. The property is conveniently located two blocks from a bus stop used ans a pickup/dropoff point for the various experiences (e.g., Blue Lagoon, South Coast, Golden Circle, etc.)

We stayed in one of the apartments over the weekend. It was very comfortable for our family of four. The location was perfect, and the staff was extremely helpful. We loved the breakfast at the restaurant. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Reykjavik! We hope to come back someday.

location is good but in actual market . So its very noisy. The furnitures are dated. No elevator. So all luggages needed to lift using stairs. bo parking. difficult to find a parking. Depends up on luck.

Great location, nice space, clean

Loved the location and there was plenty of space. The front desk was staffed 24/7, unlike many other apartment-style rentals in the city, and it was nice to be able to leave our key at the desk so any of us could grab it if we came back separately. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a 5 night stay in one of the apartments which was clean, spacious and well equipped. Fantastic location on a quiet square in central Reykjavík, within walking distance of all the main attractions. Would highly recommend it.

Excellent, except….

Stayed in an apartment which was very good except was quite warm, even with windows open. There was a portable fan but it did not work. Upon arrival to front desk was given quite confusing directions to the apartments, located just a few blocks away. Other than those items, the property & location were excellent & another front desk person was quite helpful with some bus arrangements.

Beautiful, clean, and great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the parking situation, but I guess that is a problem in all of Reykjavik. It is incredibly difficult to find parking.

I booked our property on a whim and found out it was ON rainbow Row! How cool! It was so convenient. The view of the cathedral was epic. We were so tired, but sleeping was difficult because the foyer light never went off, we could never find the switch. And, the noise from the road and people coming out of the bars went on until 5:30 am😳

Spacious and convenient. We found parking right at the location, and paid for 3 hours but then got free overnight parking so it was worth it. Instructions for check in were a bit confusing but just go to the front desk of the hotel building and it's simple. Nice guy behind the desk was very helpful. Great neighborhood.

We stay at the apartment building which just in front of rainbow street. The apartment is so lovely and perfect to travel as family, make me feel like I want to live just right there :). The location is perfect to walk around town, restaurant and nightlife. The parking building is just less than 3 min walk. Parking is free from 6PM- 9AM, we park from 4PM until 10:30AM the next morning so we pay only 3-hour 30-minute (about 6-7$) very reasonable price for overnight and middle city parking.

apartment was really nice and clean, even bedroom and bathroom! The kitchen for some easy cook only because they don't have exhaust fan, but it acceptable. Bedroom will be some noisy If you open the window on Fri/Sat night. The Bonus is 10mins away only! Anyway, i recommend this apartment to you all.

Large, well-located apartment

Great apartment, super centrally located at the top of 'rainbow street'. No onsite parking, but public parking lot close by. Lots of room in the apartment - the largest we experienced during a 2 week stay in Iceland. Only stayed there for a single night, but regretted we hadn't booked it for more nights. Only issue was that the apartment heated up quite a lot in the sun as the only ventilation is from small windows to open.
