Loved it!

Check in took a little longer than expected, but staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back and hopefully stay a little longer next time.

It was a nice place to stay for a short bit for a couple or in my case, myself and my 17 year old daughter. The price was right for what I needed. This complex would be very desirable for someone with younger kids especially. They’d be entertained easily for days. Internet was weak, and extremely limited TV stations if you are staying in.

Very large facility. A bit of walking required from the building I stayed in to the lobby. However they do shuttle people with a quick phone call. The Staff was wonderful and helpful.

Overall property was great. My main concern was the communication with front desk and text. Asked about the spa multiple times and I end a up having to Google the spa number to get the correct number. Otherwise the place was perfect.

Wonderful staff, clean resort. Spacious condos that are safe and well appointed. Would prefer that a one time activity fee be added rather than making every guest pay $5 for every individual activity (mini putt, ball rental, etc) and $20 each to use the lazy river and water slides. Shuttles are clean and there is a good sports bar, Starbucks, and a market where you can get sundries, pizza and deli items on site. Theme park tickets are not discounted very much at the attractions desk (I was able to get cheaper prices on line). The location is very close to the theme parks and dining but you will need to get an Uber or have a car. Our condo was in building 2600 near the back of the property but it overlooked the lake, and was close to three pools, the basketball court, etc.

The property scenery is nice although the amenities such as mini golf, boat rides will cost extra money to use. The gym and pool were GREAT. The restaurant on site was overpriced for mediocre food The room decor definitely had a 40 year feel to it. I did not appreciate the annoying push to do their tour with the intent of tricking people into their timeshare scam. The protesters outside will clue you into their unethical practices

location convenient, check-in good, condo building adequate - an odor in the stairwells, our shared entrance door to condo very noisy, would wake anybody up. condo itself (and i was in a recently remodeled unit) expected a little cleaner, perhaps a bit deceived of condo layout from online pics when booking, tv guide basically useless, and coffee was terrible. all that said, not sure if i would stay here again. as i mentioned the location was ideal and perhaps with expectations lowered and knowing what to expect - maybe

I reserve a condo with full kitchen and washer and dryer when I checked in I got a hotel type room with small refrigerator and microwave with no washer and dryer I ended up having to buy a upgrade for 350 more dollars for something I was already supposed to have and the airline that I was booked under charged me for seats and luggage

Not quite what we hoped for

The accommodations for the rate paid did not meet our expectations. The Condo was ok but not as clean as would like, definitely could use interior updates. The parking lots/cars face the condo on both sides so noise and car lights bother someone who is trying to sleep. The wifi is for owners and guests who pay resort fees only, so you have to pay for wifi. The property grounds were so much nicer than the condo. The Draft restaurant food was not great and very over priced. On a positive note, we enjoyed the pool near the spa, a bit of a walk but nice and less crowded and all the staff we encountered over the weekend were very friendly

Dumb policy

The condo was great. However, I was taking the garbage out & a gust of wind closed the door. It was 10:02 and my key would not work. I had no phone, car keys, etc. The rest of my belongings were ion the car. I was down here receiving Chemo therapy. It was a long walk to registration. But I managed to walk to the front desk. They gave me a key that would work one time. I walked back, it did not work. So I had to walk all the way back. This time someone drove me and opened the door for me. They need to give people a small window when checking out before they turn the key off.

Hot mess weekend, literally

Ok one ac did not repeat did not work both nights stay called and noone fixed it. Lucky we brought a fan .... the place is beautiful it was like they did not outno towels out they was under cabinets and room was not finished being cleaned like it was clean but stuff was not put up to be used we had to look for it like shower towels rags even the tv remote ... the kitchen was cleaned but not restocked at all. Nothing there for us to use ... I was shocked . The place im sure is basically for the owners not for us to rent as rooms. They would have to prove me wrong we was looking into a timeshare and had a 10:00 am appointment Sunday but because of the NO AC we got up and packed n left didnt get to look at property and decide for us abd our company if we wanted to do it. Bad weekend but other then that its beautiful like i said its for owners not normal everyday travelers which i could do timeshare but give me air !!!!
