Our family stay was amazing at Alkhoory, they offer spacious rooms and well maintained, staff at the hotel is friendly (especially reception) and supportive, the hotel is located near the Mashreq metro station and has many gift shops, restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

Our Stay at AL Khoory was excellent overall, The location is very lively and close to numerous restaurants and couple of mins ride away from Mall of Emirates. The apartment size was very impressive for the price we paid. The breakfast had good Indian and Continental options. we recommend it for family stays.

Like being at home

I travel often to the UAE from Australia and invariably I stay at Al Khoory Hotel Apartments. I find the place homely and the staff very helpful. The prices a very competitive and the location very central.

The front desk are not welcoming at all and not helpful in anyway. The experience was not good, toilet not clean properly and also link in the kitchen area. The breakfast not great , honestly it doesn't worth the price.

I stay in this hotel very frequently, however during my last stay i encountered an experience that no loyal customer should face. When i was checking in, the reception was checking room for ma and he asked the other employee if he can offer upgrade, and other person said "No Needed, it was annoying to hear that. Not to mention i always got curtesy upgrades almost every time i stayed i never asked. The attitude was very wrong... It's not about upgrades it about keeping a loyal customer happy.

Excellent 6 day family stay

Hotel was clean and accessible to the metro station. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. Services were prompt and efficient. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The tourism desk was very helpful- Mr. Naveed arranged discounts for attractions. Desert safari arranged by him was excellent - our guide Umar was exceptional and courteous;

Good location. Close to Metro station. Spacious apartment. Had some initial problem with washroom plumbing. But they promptly fixed it. The rooms had opaque windows.So had no view of outside. Breakfast buffet was good. But we realized it was a bit expensive though.

Large 2 bedroom unit with 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. Spacious and clean, everything we needed for family visit. Specifically booked this hotel for the washing machine and kitchen!! Shops close to buy essentials. Car park provided within the hotel, great parking options and safe. Really enjoyed our stay. We were away for 4 days during our 12 night stay and left most of our belongings in the hotel - no issues at all, felt very safe in this hotel. Would recommend to all families, especially when staying for extended holidays!

Booked via Expedia for 5 people. When we got to hotel they said we had only 4 beds and that we would need to pay extra for 5th bed. This was wrong as we had paid and they clearly knew, for 5 people and should have made arrangements (including extra bed as part of the room).

Nice hotel, lovely staff

Based myself in Dubai for the world cup. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, the staff in particular were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble from the reception staff, to the cleaners to the pool attendants. The only minor annoyance was that I was woken up at 5/5.30am each day via the call to prayer from the local mosque so the rooms are not sound proofed as suggested. Local transport links are good e.g. Mashreq metro is about 5 minutes walk away and there are also a plentiful supply of taxis which pass by the hotel. There are a number of nice bars & restaurants within easy walking distance and the area feels safe. Overall I would recommend Al Khoory apartments as a good place to stay in Dubai.

The property was clean and nice and quiet. There are limited utensils and also the bottled water and soap and shampoos were not enough. I did not like the view as the building is short and you can't have a good view. The swimming pool was small and got crowded so we could not use it. All in all the property itself was good and I had a good stay with my family. The receptionist Mr. Austin was very helpful. The check out was easy and we got the refund on the spot as we paid cash.
