The studio was exactly as shown on the website. I was on level -3 Room1. Normal wear on the unit. But nothing to complain about. The one thing to note is to climb into the bathtub, the wall is much higher than average. Daily housekeeping, toiletries, coffee,tea,milk etc was provided. Should be noted that there is no safe in the room.

Great location

We had a lovey 2 night stay. Location is great, although some noise from outside as so central. Our 3 bed apartment was well laid out and equipped with everything we needed. Would recommend 😁

Really worth looking at.

Excellent accommodation, usually stay in hotel this was much better. Loads of room with your own sitting room etc. Was extremely clean. Very central. Loved it.

This is a perfect place to do more than an overnight stay. The kitchen was very satisfactory. The only problems we had were 1) maids cleaned after we asked for no maid service, and 2) 6:30 A. M. Request for three airport was scheduled for 8:30.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location! Balcony was a huge plus for us as well as the second bathroom. My only regret is that there was not a restaurant associated with them on premises, but we made it work! Room was not ready in time but not a huge problem.

This apartment had everything we needed, and was quite charming as well. It was literally a few steps from the Rabbies Tours pickup spot (which we used 3 different times during our stay) so it was an absolutely ideal location. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped and it was quiet and relaxing. It has a rooftop oasis(!) with an amazing view of a graveyard and Arthur's Seat. So stunning, in fact, that we decided to have a picnic dinner there on one of our evenings. Great property.

Great location, very clean , tidy, huge suite. Staff was very helpful. Windows open for fresh air. I know they are doing renovations, noticed counters with chips in different room .Plugs are in strange places in bedroom, no plugs in the bathroom. Location was perfect from the train station and everything.

First trip to Edinburgh

The hotel is 5 minute from the Waverly train station. Once you come up to the main street, TURN RIGHT and walk STRAIGHT till you can see APEX HOTEL OPPOSITE. The city HOP ON & OFF is just ar the doorstep of the hotel too. The staff there are helpful too though it takes a few reminders for them to get the toilet towel heating bar working.

The suite was the most spacious property we’ve ever stayed. It had nice lofty ceilings and well appointed kitchen with a roomy refrigerator. The only drawback was the windows in living room had to remained covered due to it looking out at a bus stop and street level. However, the bedroom window was not screened so the light could come in. Staff were lovely and warm. Location was awesome, sights and shops were walkable. It felt like home after sightseeing.

Cons/Pros

Cons: The 2 bedroom does NOT have 2 bathrooms as described. Washer/dryer did not work first few days and when it did work, took 8-10 hours to wash/dry 2 pairs of clothing. Very loud at night. Pros: excellent location! Near everything we needed. Staff was mostly friendly. Would stay again based on pros.

Absolutely the worst place I have stayed in the UK. room smelled like cigarettes and could not sleep. Carpet smelled and was worse condition than streets of Edinburgh. Holes in the wall. Family from Spain wanted to watch Spain play in Euros and TV did not work. Staff not helpful resolving any issues.

Everything is just dirty. Molds on the floor. Dirty sheets with shoe marks on them. Dirty towels. One of the shower did not work during the stay. Sooooo bad. Can’t understand why it is a 4-star aparthotel on Expedia. Only deserves 1 star, if not less.

Decent inside although a little tired but clean. Some chipped crockery. Very small cheap plastic kettle. Very dated TV only terrestrial channels. Ground floor room where view was bad just a back yard with wall directly in front. Few bits of scaffolding and other things in view. Closing the blinds made it better. Wouldn’t want to stay in that room again but maybe they have better rooms with views as we expected from the website at booking. If had been stopping longer would have asked for a room change.

Good experience but not perfect

Overall I really liked the suite and it was definitely more space than we needed! We didn’t really use the kitchen and laundry areas. We did find an opened carton of milk in the fridge… which was random but we just left it alone. A few complaints I had with this hotel was that the receptionist lady didn’t seem very friendly nor was she all that helpful when we were asking about bus stops. We pretty much had to just figure it out ourselves. We also barely got any soap or shampoo at our bathroom and the doors in the suite didn’t stay open! There was one door stop that we used for the bedroom but we had to shove towels under the bathroom door to keep that door open when we were trying to move from room to room to get ready. It’s a little thing but it was still annoying at the time when we were there. Otherwise it’s a nice hotel if you want a suite and it was also in a nice location.

absolutely perfect. Lovely &clean room, friendly staffs and near by the main station and sight seeing attractions. Vistitors who carries a luggage, exit from the princes street, then all the way to the hotel is flat. I am sure I will come back here again whenever visiting Edinburgh. 駅近、清潔、広々でとても快適に過ごせました。長距離バス乗り場も徒歩圏内です。princes streetに面しているのではじめてでも迷わず行けました。欧州のホテルでは珍しくないことですが、歯ブラシ、スリッパ、髭剃り、洗顔&化粧水等々はありませんのでご持参をお勧めします。シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープは小さいボトルタイプのもの（The White company のものでした！）が置かれています。生活周りの備品は揃っていますが、お水はなかったので水道水が気になる方はスーパーで入手された方が良いかもしれません。食事は朝食も含めすべて外で済ませるか自室で調理する派の方々にとてもお勧めのホテルです。正直外観には少しばかりテンションが下がりましたが、お部屋の内装がとても素敵で外観なんてどうでも良くなりました。エジンバラに来るときはまたここに宿泊させていただきます😃

宿泊した部屋はマスターベッド１、ベッドルーム２、リビング、キッチンと大変広い部屋でした。ロケーションは観光にもwaverley駅にも近く、効率的な観光ができました。ホテルで食事をせず、地元のレストランを利用される方はとてもおすすめです。
