Pros: the staff were super friendly and efficient, drinks and food service around the pool, the apartment facilities, the shuttle to town to help out with the uphill walk back, the view Cons: the shuttle times didn’t go late enough - drop off/pick up ends at 6:30 meaning if go to dinner in town at 6:30 there’s no way to get home! Ended up not an issue for us but I still saw it as a service flaw Food was inconsistent in quality and breakfast service was confusing - you had to order everything other than cereal (mostly kids choices) and hot/cold drinks Overall an enjoyable experience - loved our nights at the pool with cocktails and food and apartment was excellent but the cons prevented me going 5 stars. It was 4.5 though

Our room exceeded expectations - it was spacious and had a fantastic view of the water. Having our own car was a plus and maximised our freedom, but the regular shuttle buses into the Main Street would suffice for most. Fantastic experience and looking forward to staying there again.

Very large well appointed one bedroom suite ideal for a satay in Airlie Beach. The hotel is situated a short distance from the centre up a steep hill. There is a courtesy bus which runs a few times a day. The restaurant is situated outside outside so was abit chilly for us visiting in winter. On the whole we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Stayed in a deluxe 3bed apartment. Can’t fault it everything was just so good had everything we needed . We hired a car which was good so we didn’t have to rely on the shuttle, U was or walking up n down heartbreak hill 😂. Breakfast was amazing such good choices and wasn’t bothered about having to pay for barista coffees If some of the party wanted other coffees which were included with the breakfast. 3 couples six adults all had an amazing time here would definitely stay here again

Great stay

Classy apartment. Very clean and specious. Staff were brilliant, informative and friendly. Room was not quite ready so we were offered complimentary drinks. Great service.

Our stay surpassed our expectations. Not only are the 2 bedroom apartments spacious and clean the view was fab! The only suggestion I could give was that the landscaping at the back of fhe apartments (where you walk past to enter the apartments) be planted out.

The property was amazing. Sadly the spa element was broken and could not be used. There was also an issue with the bbq and the property were not helpful in trying to fix it.

The location of the resort was amazing. Also we stayed in the presidential suite which was the best! The only issue I had with it was the shower head holes were a big clogged so water did not come out nice and straight. I ended up using one of the many bathrooms the suite had to offer that wasn’t used much to enjoy my shower more. Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and they told me we had free breakfast. I was surprised as I did not recall having that. Upon exiting they did not tell me I had room charges and found we paid extra $220. I believe that was the breakfasts! A bit annoying but I still enjoyed the stay. I will confirm that next time when I stay as we will be back. But given the room we stayed in I most likely will bring our own food so we can cook it in the beautiful kitchen!

This hotel fell extremely short of even basic expectations. The rooms and furnishings are very run-down. There is mold on the curtains, screens in the kitchen etc. The carpets in the bedrooms are grossly matted down, very worn out. Couches and chairs were dirty and stained. The bathrooms were also needing attention - so much build up on the showers and the shelves in the showeres. BUT, what made it wordse was the fact that there were around 6 or 7 roaches that we had to kill throughout both bedrooms and bathrooms. It was so disgusting we couldnt sleep for the night. We all sat in the living room and checked out first thing in the morning. We have messaged about getting a refund for the unused night, but didnt hear anything. The girl when we checked out didnt seem surprised by the pest issue, so im sure this is a common problem. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

The property is very nice and the view from the room is amazing. Staff are very helpful and professional. The restaurant is also very good. There is a shuttle bus to take guests to and from the main area in Airlie beach which is very convenient. We would stay here again.

Wat heeft club Wyndham ons verwend met een mooi appartement met een fantastisch uitzicht op de haven van Airlie Beach. Parkeren onder het appartement en een mooi zwembad. Het ontbijt heeft ons positief verrast net zoals het diner in het restaurant, heerlijk. Vriendelijk personeel en een goede ontvangst.

The hotel was at the top of a very steep hill, our transport from the airport could not get up the hill so the driver called the hotel to collect us and our cases, that never happened and we ended up walking up the hill with our cases. The room was a none serviced apartment with breakfast included but we had to pay for coffees.

Lovely rooms, nice and spacious. Breaky was lovely and pools were nice.....thats where the compliments end. Got there and after a huge day of travelling checked in, walked up the huge hill to our room and the key didnt work. Proceeded to wait for 15mins at the room door until someone came with working door cards. Walked into our room and the t.v remote wasnt working for one tv and the other was completely disconnected. Maintance man came and fixed it which was very kind and prompt. Then put a load of washing on and put in dryer then the dryer blew a fuse and didnt work..... The sheets had little red stains on it which looked like blood stains. Also our room although the view was unbelievable it was located right next to a buzzing spot for bees to hang out so the use of the deck was non existent...... I brought all these issues up upon checking out and although the lady was lovely and apologetic...there wasnt much she could do.....seemed to be the going answer for problems was how sorry everyone was. For what you pay you kind of expect a little more. Hence my rating of 3 stars....
