エレベーターがない

エレベーターがないので二階のレセプション、自分の部屋まで重いスーツケースを持っていく必要がある。シャワードアがすぐにはずれる。洗面所の水の流れが悪い。テレビのリモコンの効きが悪い。値段と見合わない設備の悪さ。

Worst ever

The worst hotel in South Kensington. no elevator, steep and narrow stairs up to the reception area. My wife sent me a photo of the room which showed that it is only a 70 cm from the room's door to bed, although it says "Executive Room". Although no refunds for the rest of her four nights stay, she evacuated from there and moved to much nicer hotel in Nights Bridge.

ロンドン中心部の便利な立地だがエレベーターのない階段を大きな荷物で大変

ハイドパークにもつながるケンジントン公園の前にあり、朝の散歩には良い立地です。ホテルの前にバス停があり、3分歩けば地下鉄の駅でバスの路線図と地下鉄の路線図があれば気軽にロンドン市内のどこへも行けます。イギリス旅行の最後にヒースロー空港にも便利と考え選定しましたが、これが、大きな誤りでした。大きな荷物を持っていたので、ホテルの階段をあがり、２階のレセプションに行くのに大苦労。レセプションから各階へは小さなエレベーターがあるので何とかあがれました。そして、ホテルの責任ではありませんが、最寄りの地下鉄駅のケンジントンハイストリートはエレベーターもエスカレーターもありません。ホームまで荷物を運ぶのに大苦労でした。部屋は空調があり快適です。風呂場は浴槽があるが湯が貯まりません。シャワーだけと考えておけばよいでしょう。食事は、セルフサービスでパンと飲み物に加えて、ハム、ゆで卵、チーズ、ジャム、果物をとるスタイルで簡素なものです。

Don't stay here!

We didn't stay - there was a cockroach crawling across the bed when arrived! Chap on reception was very nice - no more to be said!

Hôtel bien place et propre.

Chambre petite et salle de bain minuscule mais propre. Hôtel bien situé à proximité du Royal Albert Hall et des transports en commun. Petit déjeuner gratuit appréciable. J'y retournerais volontiers

Good location for shopping. Shame about the cockcroach in the bathroom, and this was after it had been fumigated!

convenient but not comfortable.

Very difficult to find the hotel entrance, signage is poor. Rooms very small and access on stairs with cases very awkward. Requested gluten free bread at breakfast the night before but the morning staff new nothing about our request. not well managed as it appears to share the management team with a sister hotel that is a mile away.

Rent og udemærket hotel

Værelserne er nye, men meget små. De ligger ud til vejen, så der er lidt støj. Men ikke så man ikke kan sove. Flinke personer på hotellet. Tæt på restauranter og godt parker (Kensington gardens og hyde park) gå afstand til stoppe sted for Tour busser.

We stayed one night. The rooms were clean. The bathrooms were immaculate. The rooms were small but well worth the price.

Decent Hotel Close To Attractions

Stayed here after a night at winter wonderland and oxford street, it is close to Hyde Park, Kensington, Buckingham Palace and so forth. The room size is the size of a typical bedroom so don't expect a giant amount of space since this is a hotel that has been converted from a multistory property I believe. Overall is was decent for what we wanted was a one night stay, however if you got luggage and many bags this will likely be to small for you or family's of 2/3 sharing one room.

Fairly acceptable hotel

Quite small hotel in a okay location to central London. Room and bed was small and not so comfortable for 2 adults. Nice shower but it randomly went scalding hot for brief moments. Rear facing room view was not attractive. Narrow stairs to the lobby with no elevator so it would be a problem with heavy luggage. Elevator to the rest of the floors is a little scary. It kept stopping while descending one time. Nice breakfast room with view over Kensington high street and the park. Overall I felt we could have had better value for the price - especially considering the time of year.

It's tiny!

The rooms are tiny and the beds are only 4.5 foot wide. You wouldn't be able to even store two suitcases without tripping over them. I'm not kidding. There's no kitchen either so breakfast is cereal or toast only. If you need a cheap hotel in that location then it'll do for a night but don't use it as a base for a London city break.

Overpriced, bad service

Asvertised 2pm check in was late, the room was not ready when I got there at 2.05 pm, so I had to wait at the reception. Grumpy guy checked me in finally after I yet again asked for my room, tired of waiting, after 30 mins. No remote for the tv, had to ask at reception. Didnt get one before I went back for the 3rd time; was allowed to borrow one for the night. Summary: terrible hotel, way overpriced! Dont stay here.

35 steep stairs to hell,don't go.

Very cramped,no double glazing so.like being on a motorway,noisy.shower boiling one minute,then freezing .Not. Up to best western standards. Not told disabled unfriendly so did not stay 2 nd night. Asked not too many stairs to room,please. NOT told 35 stairs,No lift into hotel. Furious must be on details ,so had to find another hotel! Waiting for a refund from Experian!!

God værdi for pengene.

Værelset var ikke ret stort og uden køleskab. Morgenmaden indeholdt kun det basale, men man kunne blive mæt. Perfekt beliggenhed både med hensyn til transport og afstand til centrum. Hyde Park er bogstavelig talt lige på den anden side af gaden.

Location

The only benefit is it is across the street from Hyde Park and a short walk from Kensington Palace which was nice to see. Otherwise, I'd never stay there again. You have to walk up two flights of narrow dirty stairs with your luggage before you get to the reception desk. Then you can take a very slow elevator to your floor.

Dårlig indretning af enkeltværelse

Meget lille værelse. Nødvendigt at kravle henover sengen for at komme til skrivebord og klædeskab. Elevator starter fra 1. sal, så ikke brugervenlig får dårligt gående, eller for folk med tung bagage. Den ene dag var den "nye" flaske med gratis vand åbnet og der var drukket af den!!! Anmodede flere gange om en pose til vasketøj. Den kom aldrig.

Buena ubicación!

Lo mejor que tiene es la ubicación, muy cerca del Underground, y de Hyde Park. Transitado, seguro, muy bien.
