Nice size apartment for 5 people. Great service and helpful staff. The receptionist Fabio was very helpful in terms of places to eat, transport options, siteseeing tips and more. That guy deserves 5 stars him self. Would definitely stay here again

Thankful for a clean place to stay!

We loved it here!! It was clean and had many services that made us feel at home. The kitchenette was a godsend. Everything was clean and the service was good. The metro station was right outside and we were right next to Moulin Rouge! We were very happy!

Easy access to city and sights!

The location in Moulin Rouge area is not great for families but the hotel itself was nice. Our room was clean and efficient. We were there for the Olympics so the metro across the street was very handy. Also, we were within a 15 minute walk to Sacre Couer. The church is beautiful and situated in the Montmarte district. There were lots of restaurants to choose from too.

If you are going with the family, this is not the place you want to stay hundreds of sex toy shops I killed 2 cockroaches in the hotel smells bad in the room going with the kids, not ideal hotel

We would like to thank Fabio, George and the cleaning staff who were very kind and professional to us. Love the service so much; the hotel is very clean. Just 1 min away from Blanch Metro station and bus stop. Walking distance to Montmante. So much pastry shops, restaurants, pubs, and store around the area. I highly recommended this place to my friends and relatives!

Great Hotel and Neighbourhood

Apartment was impeccable; clean, with modern decor, and a well equipped kitchen. The location was exceptional, close to the Blanche metro station. The Montmartre area is filled with shops and restaurants. A special commendation to Fabio who helped orient us: how to use public transportation, where to visit, and where to find restaurants and grocery stores. Dragan and Leila were also very helpful. We stayed 7 nights and look forward to a return visit.

Pablo made our trip

Fantastic apartment a few doors down from the rouge, metro station at the door and plenty of places to eat and drink. Pando the staff member on the road was wonderful! So good with my children and spent lots of time chatting through what to do paris with my husband! He is a real asset to the business and a really all round nice guy! The apartment was clean and just the perfect place for one night for a family of 5

Good value stay in Paris

A unique apart/hotel, literally on the doorstep of Moulin Rouge (some adult shops also very close by, much to the embarrassment of our teens) Well placed for the cafes and winding streets of Montmartre. We found this hotel extremely well positioned! Blanche metro on doorstep. The Hotel was clean and spacious for the price, no problems with the stay. Staff friendly, especially Fabio! If u have any questions he is more than happy to chat and advise.

The proximity to all the beautiful streets of Montmartre is great. The room was big and clean. The staff very polite and helpful. Just next to the Metrostation. Bakeries and Shops, Restaurants are around the corner. Nice clime up to Sacré-Cœur with a great view. In case of traveling with children please bare in mind the area is a red light district in the night. But never felt unsafe. The people is very friendly and we loved our stay!

The property is very unique. For Paris, the room was spacious. It wasn't the cleanest but not terrible either. The lobby and hotel in general has a bit of a musty smell to it. This hotel wouldn't be my first choice to return to but I would book again if other options were not available. The bed was comfortable and they supplied at least 2 pillows per person which was nice.

Amazing apartments

Very Nice apartments. Located in The center of Pigalle area. Went here for 3 nights With my wife. The apartments were larger than expected. Very clean and comfy. Nice aircondition (working fine) eapecially being 34^C Outside. Beds very Nice and pillows amazing. The service was The best i have experienced. Especially Fabio who gave us great advice regarding attractions and restaurants. Very kind and helpful and always in a great mood. We are absolutely staying here for our next visit in Paris

This property is not a luxurious hotel. Its in the middle of a two strip clubs with sex toy shops everywhere. The room was decorated like a 1980's.hotel The bathroom doors are glass so no privacy. The sofa beds were the most uncomfortable beds i ever slept on. Kitchen had no cooking spoons no bottle opners and pots were old and scratched up. The staff was very nice . Once there we didnt feel unsafe , once you walked about 150 meters away from the hotel you were out of the sex neighborhood. andkitchen utensils

Great spot

We were away for a girls long weekend in Paris. The location is great, but be aware you are staying right in the middle of the “risqué” district, so perhaps not the best location for families. Brilliantly located to explore Momartre and walk into the centre in around 15-20 minutes. Brilliant small restaurants and bars to be found nearby too. We one one issue with the shower in that the drain kept getting blocked but it was quickly fixed. There wasn’t a huge amount of storage for three people in one room, but we just went with it. The staff are wonderfully friendly and the beds are big and comfortable. Great little touch of giving us slippers and robes too.

A great place! You feel like you live in Paris :)

The hotel apartment is very easy to find, super spacious, clean and in a great location. There is a dishwasher, induction oven, full cutlery and pans as well as nespresso machine. And you have constant hot water with great shower pressure. The staff are amazing, Dracan is very kind, welcoming and ready to help with anything. Fabio is very friendly and knowledgeable about Paris he knows where all the great attractions and good restaurants close by are as well as ready to help at an instant! My cleaning lady Laila is a gem she is wonderful, kind and has amazing energy and Jordan the young boy who usually works on reception around lunch is also very kind and has a great energy. I really enjoyed my stay and felt safe the whole time.

Where to begin? Amazing boutique Apartment hotel. Quintessential Paris for the room decor. We had a 1bd 1 ba with a kitchen. Perfect for the 3 of us. Fabio our main front desk contact. Fabio was more of a Concierge. He is a wealth of knowledge! Not spending time to talk with Fabio is a mistake. My wife, Mom and myself loved our stay here and I would definitely stay here again. Minutes from the the Metro stop, restaurants, shops, and bakeries everywhere! Monoprix is across the street and is a great store for groceries and sundries. I didn't have any issues with area, some more conservative people may be concerned with some of the store fronts/businesses on the street though. The area was very clean and bustling! 5 stars for Fabio and the staff at the BeYou!!!

Situated on a very active boulevard surrounded by lots of restaurants and cafes and shopping. Blanche Metro and Bus half block away. Direct bus to Eiffel Tower. Apartment had kitchenette, bedroom with TV, safe, sofa bed in living room with a TV with satellite stations. Enjoyed the ambience of Montmartre. I block from famous Moulin Rouge and directly beside the iconic La Chat Noir restaurant. Over all enjoyed our stay. Our maid Laila was exceptional and cleaned apartment every day. There were two concierges who were so friendly and polite and helpful but we did have a problem with one other concierge who was very rude and defensive but we worked around that and just dealt with the other two. I would highly recommend Be You Luxury Apt/Hotel

We were here in November first time ever in paris, a little scared on what to expect but it was very comfortable and super clean, the staff was excellent, we want to give a big shoutout to Fabioo he was our guide on what to do and how to move around in metro and how to do the best of our time in paris, he became a friend since we got there thankk you fabio we won’t ever forget you, the rooms are little apartments its your little home it has everything you need the cleaning wass excellent every day they left it like you just arrived, outside there is adult stores and i took teens I didn’t feel uncomfortable because we walked fast and they didn’t bother to turn around so that was not even a problem, the bakerys near everything was just perfect, i am already dreaming on going back to pariss really soon and will totally stay same place!! Fabio i hope you read this and remember us we were a big group my name is Rubi i was always with iris we send you greetings and hope to see you back soon! Paris had my heart

It is very convenient to go to metro . However the hotel is more like Air B&B style. The area is def not for teens ! I thought it would be ok to stay with my teen girls in this neighborhood since I have reviewed lots of recommendations( said it is fine) in reality, I really don’t like it! There are couple of sex toys near by with big words! It made me uncomfortable and I needed to run fast to get into the hotel at night . Also there is no laundry service in the hotel , you need to go next street for laundry service . Therefore a little bit misleading of on the ad about laundry service which it was disappointed . The room was comfortable and spacious for 3 of us . It was very interesting to see the housekeeping open the windows for us in the morning ( I think it is their customs but no nets) . I guess it is important to have fresh air . Although we lived in 3 floors, facing the street , it was quite quiet at night .
