Beautiful, quiet place. Well maintain and tranquil. Great location to explore the lower Trinity and not too far from the coast. The place is significantly better than I expected and I expected it to be good. The nearby Thai food is just a bonus. A delicious bonus.

We liked the cottages as opposed to a building with many rooms. It had a cosy feel to it and was clean and warm. Even though we were only there for less than 12 hrs, it had everything we needed.

Willow creek work trip

Very comfortable easy to get in and out of the room. The heater had to run all night because the average temperature was 25° lovely place to stay I will definitely recommend.

Great place to get spoiled.

Very clean, cozy, quiet and secure. Loved the proximity to Willow Creek and Ray's Market and Bigfoot Steakhouse. All your home essentials are there in your room. We loved the Bigfoot Museum in town. Thank you China Creek staff! You all worked well together to make our 36th Anniversary a special memory.

Great place to stay!

I stayed here for the week while I was out of town for work. It's a beautiful place. I loved the lights that they have along the road leading up to the cottages. The cottage was very clean and cozy. The kitchenette is perfect especially if you don't want to eat out and like to make your own meals. It was too cold to be out on the deck of the cabin, but it would be great for sitting out during warmer weather. It was very quiet as well. I would definitely stay there again!

Cozy cabins in the woods

Cozy and clean cabins in the woods. Our family of 5 was very comfortable, and we cooked our meals in the kitchen. The kitchen had a few cooking items, but i brought my own pot and frying pans. You can park your vehicle right in front of the cabin.

Cute cabins, with a fun little stage area. The cabin was comfortable, the radiant heat flooring in the bathroom was the BOMB on the cold morning. The fire place didn't work, but we were only there one night so it wasn't a big deal. They called and left a VM for me with the check in details, so I was able to avoid human contact which I LOVED! Overall, I highly recommend this place.

A perfect stay

Upon arriving I was a little confused because I didn’t really see anyone on the property. The lobby was locked but I called their help desk and they were so friendly. My room was ready when I arrived. They walked me through everything, recommended me local eateries like Lily’s Thai kitchen, which was super delicious. The cabin was clean, cozy, and quiet. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Charming little cottages, but we arrived after the sun went down and there wasn't anything lighting the road to guide the way to the cottage, and only small lights where the numbers are from the main road, which made it difficult to find. Bathroom was beautifully remodeled and clean, however, in the kitchen, living room and bathroom there were sizeable cobwebs in the high corners in each of the rooms, as well as on the bedroom blinds. A good stay for the price

Posting was a bit deceiving. The room did have a fireplace, but it didn't work. There was a BBQ grill, but it was full of mold and couldnt use it. Had to contact the property, which is a company that isnt on site. Finally a gentleman showed up. Told us our cabin was out if Propane. He did bring over a different BBQ so we could cook our dinner. Cabin was clean. Probably wont return. Not worth the money.

We loved the aesthetics of the room with the exception of the lighting. We highly suggest installing an overhead light. The little dinette was nice as were the double bathroom sinks. The mattress could use upgrading though. There were other nice touches like the grill out front and the fireplace, although we couldn’t get it to turn on. Instructions may have been helpful. We received the checkin instructions while our phone signal was not available but thankfully did not erase msg. When we got to the property the office was closed. When we tried calling the number on the door, it went to voicemail. Then we remembered to go back to our voicemail and found the cabin number and code. Several times that night, the neighboring tenant’s car alarm set off. It was very disconcerting, especially knowing there was no one in the office to investigate. We decided not to stay the second night, forfeiting those fees because we felt unsafe in a somewhat isolated environment. The best part about our stay was finding Mac’s Diner down the road. Delicious breakfast in a 1950’s diner setting.
