The service was not good I spent 5 days not even one day clean my room and the last day I'm leaving one of the receptionist stop me from eating breakfast he says I'm not allowed to eat breakfast

Very nice location in Clichy, close to the metro, with markets and restaurants in easy walking distance. The apartment had a good amount of space and light, and the air conditioning worked very well. The kitchenette could be better - the sink is tiny, the fridge is small, and there isn’t enough space to cook or wash dishes well. (A dish drainer and a washcloth would have helped a lot.) The staff was very nice and helpful. There are washers and dryers in the basement, and they worked well. Clichy is a really charming suburb, well worth exploring.

Clean room. Most of all staff was super accommodating. I wasn’t feeling well and they graciously let us check out a little later allowing me more time to rest. It truly was very very appreciated. Thank you! Great value for the money

Would have been great value for money and a good stay if everything went smoothly. Unfortunately the entire hotel had a power cut from around 3am until check out which meant the room was hot and we could not charge our phones, use the kettle, hair dryer, or coffee machine etc. There was no active communication from the hotel and we were worried to leave our room in case we could not tap back in with our key card. The lift was also not working. One of us walked downstairs to ask if late check out was possible given the circumstances but this was denied. After we left, we messaged the hotel, it has been over a week but they never responded.
