The coffee maker and surrounding area were dusty, and the staff didn't answer my question about breakfast. On the plus side, having a laundry facility in the building was great.

Apartments are very comfortable and good location. A little walk from the main square which was ideal for us. Would stay again. Restaurant and apartments are totally separate to the point where folks in the restaurant couldn’t help with any questions. However, online coms with staff was easy and quick via WhatsApp.

This is a terrible hotel. Worse check-in with no one to speak with (there is no reception, everything happens online), found myself scrambling to find their email in the middle of the night stuck on the street. Room is horrid, smelly, old, bad taste.

Over it was good, the cafe below the building was nice, food option though limited was good. Bed was good, but hot and cold water mixture was frustrating. Located on good street, walkable all the highlights.

Perfect location to be based in to explore Prague’s attractions away from the crowd but yet close enough to walk everywhere. The boutique hotel experience and personalised service by Katarina and her staff is fantastic.
