Apartments were very clean, well equip and had very friendly and helpful staff. Location is next to noisy German Bars and in busy season has music until 4am. Not ideal for families but cannot fault actual apartments and staff.

Staff at reception especially Jonathan were most pleasant and helpful to deal with. Only stayed 4 nights wish we had longer there would highly recommend in every way. Only downside which didn’t bother us as a couple but music from (Bierking) ?? Was constant and repetitive maybe a problem if kids but overall loved our time there and couldn’t recommend the above mentioned staff enough

Nice apartment, quite basic “kitchen”, just microwave, hob and fridge (not even freezer compartment), and 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 knives forks and spoons. Furniture your standard IKEA stuff, not hugely comfortable but OK. Internet a bit location dependent, front of apartment near pool was fine, bedroom not so much. Parking is on street, busy (April) but never had to go more than 1 block in either direction. Breakfast however is excellent, albeit a 2 minute walk down the road to Hotel Plata Golf, which lays on a massive buffet spread including pour your own cava for those wanting fizz in the morning. It is very much in the German end of town, with the Beer King right opposite, can’t comment on noise from that as hadn’t opened for the season yet, but were quite frequent 2 or 3 am drunks stumbling past from the bierkeller on the next block.

This property was okay. We were looking for a cheaper option close to the city center of Palma, which we got. Taxis were expensive but that's typical in a port location. There were some small ants in the room (we kept no food in the room and barely open the balcony door) but it was manageable. The staff was very kind and helpful. Very pleasant. Room quality- it was okay. Smelled a little weird but again, not the end of the world. Breakfast was amazing- strongly suggest taking advantage of it. It is offered in a neighboring hotel and it does not disappoint. Overall, not bad. Would I stay again? Sure. I did not have a terrible experience and it was a very big room for the price paid. We also did not spend much time in our room (as we wanted to take advantage of our time in Palma), but it definitely wasn't a bad experience. I would say it was average and a good value for what you're paying.

Noisy area. Will make every effort to rip you off.

There is a German party hall/area right next to the apartamentos. Sounds like a football match all day and night, and drunk young people shout on the streets at nights. We arrived fairly late the first evening: the room floor had not been cleaned and there were beds for just 2. Even though I had received a reply to my email confirming that we were 3 in need of “full-size” beds, the receptionist who had confirmed this, only wanted to talk to me to charge us more money (and had not asked anyone to make the third bed). Our third person was a 11 year old, and the receptionist claimed they had a note saying the third person was a 2 year old…even though based on ebookers and their own website they charge the same for any 2-11 year old. Other receptionists were nice and helpful. The breakfast that you can buy is not in the apartamentos but in another hotel. Breakfast was nice though. There is no luggage room or similar in the apartamentos.

Petit appartement parfait, certain le trouveront bruyant à cause de sa proximité avec le bar mais le bruit ne nous a aucunement dérangé, le déjeuner au Playa golf est succulent! Très près de la plage et des commerce tout se marche très facilement

Perfekte Lage um zu Feiern! Direkt hinter dem Bierkönig. Strand nah. Unterkunft ist sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders an der Rezeption! Das Jade gehört zum Playa Golf, in dem man auch zum Frühstück geht. Kurz gesagt: zu empfehlen!

Lits trop durs, indigne d'un hotel. Breakfast tres bien. Personnel accueillant. Mais le plus gros problèmes est un bruit incessants , les gens qui font la fête dans les chambres à côté et l'hôtel ne dit rien jusqu'à 5h du matin
