This property needs renovation work. The website pictures hide major defects. The walls have scratches, cracks and defects, the bathroom needs complete replacement (the bathroom door doesn’t even close), the mattress is old and has sunken areas. And the refrigerator freezer was ineffective due to the inches of frost buildup. The delivered breakfast basket was good and the location was central.

Very clean and comfortable room. Bed was comfortable. Kitchenette was well equipped, bathroom was nice with plenty of really hot water. It was in a central location with many restaurants and shopping nearby. We would stay there again.

Great location

Could not have found a better location; right in the middle of everything. Went for the St John festival. Incredible time. Lots of good restaurants on the side streets.

Good spacious studio type appartment, clean, comfortable, just minor maintenance needed, nice location and close to lots cafes, shops, transport. No onsite reception, so need to contact prior for arrival time.

A five-star location that is unfortunately overshadowed by significant maintenance and finishing details that unnecessarily detract from the hotel's rating, as it has the potential to be much better. However, I recommend it for its incredible location.

Sao Joao festival!

Excellent location amidst shopping and restaurants. New renovations, expect some teething issues. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Lovely ambience. Convenient work space. Good internet. Good value for money.

Excellent central apartments!!

Fantastic location right in the heart of the historic centre of Braga. Lovely little studio apartment, a thoroughly modern and tasteful conversion of 10 units in a 350 year old building belonging to the church next door. The facilities were excellent and ticked all our boxes and we were very appreciative of the friendly, helpful attention of Augusta who went “above and beyond” on check-in as we were delayed. Would highly recommend and definitely hope to return!

The staff, Ana and Joana were lovely. So kind, so helpful and made our stay very comfortable. The communication was good, when I messaged I received a reply almost instantly. The first code I was given for the property didn’t work, but it was easily sorted. The facilities in the kitchen were good, although not a sharp enough knife to cut our steak, but I also understand this may be because of safety. The bedroom was a comfortable quiet space and although you are in a busy area I was not disturbed by the noise, even though there was construction work going on in the building opposite. The kitchen/diner area was very airy and spacious. Travelling with a teenager, the free wifi was a bonus! The bathroom was adequate, the tap on the sink sticks out too much and you have to wash your face on the side. There also appeared to be a gap from the shower glass as the floor was filled with a puddle of water, but easily cleaned up. All the things we wanted to see were within walking distance. I felt safe in the apartment even though there isn’t a 24 hour front desk. I most certainly would recommend this apartment for those wanting to explore Braga. There are plenty of places to eat and lots of lovely little boutiques to shop.

It was difficult to check in (make sure you have the code before arriving). They were quick to provide an extra bed. In Expedia it says a king bed, but it’s more like a queen size. Overall the apartment was clean and in good condition. We were there for just one day.

This guy needs to communicate with guests better. I requested how to get in the day before, then twice the morning of my arrival. I didn't hear from him until 2:30 pm and check in was at 3. I was in Braga at that point and had to go wait in a cafe until I got his email. (It was raining) When I showed up at the place, a couple was outside trying to get in. Then later, after I returned around 8 pm, another couple was outside who couldn't get in. I let them in.

Communications issues!

The apartment was very nice, clean and well equipped except for a blanket that had been folded up dirty, and the coffee machine not working properly. BUT we had enormous trouble finding it as email said #77 and it is #67, the code for door was wrong, and there is no reception. We were helped by another guest and then got locked out on street later. Almost impossible to get through to owners/staff as we didn't have wifi in street and the Hotel.com app is broken!

El desayuno es excelente, aunque no todos los días traían lo mismo. Cada día se iban olvidando cosas, aunque era suficiente. Había problemas con el agua, vino un fontanero y no llegó a solucionarse.
