Amazing stay!

We had a fantastic stay in Venice, enhanced by the beautiful apartment and in particular, by the reception staff who couldn’t have been more helpful. They were friendly, welcoming, full of local knowledge of restaurants and the top places to visit, and the icing on the cake was the gift of croissants from a local bakery on two of the mornings we were there which were very much appreciated! I couldn’t recommend these apartments more highly!

This was a great base for exploring Venice. It was close to San Marco and yet enough away to be quiet and not as hectic. Very enjoyable. There was a kitchenette. Refrigerator was mostly filled with minibar items.

Stay was excellent. Valentina from the front desk called me the day before seeing if I needed to coordinate transportation to the hotel. She arranged for a water taxi and met me at the pier and walked us to the hotel so we wouldn't get lost. They had great recommendations for restaurants and called to get us reservations.

Wonderful location away from crowds but close to all the action. You can tell a lot of time, love and effort went into rennovations with top class facilities and decor. Paola and team were always there to help any nothing was too much trouble. Not cheap but value for money by Venice standards with lots of space to kick back and relax. Highly recommend the private boat transfer from and/or to the airport (which Paola will organise for you)

Paola and hotel staff were wonderful and really helpful. Rooms are beautiful, modern, and well thought through. Great location to everything. Unfortunately AC gave up in our room due to hot weather and we had to change the hotel but Paola and team helped us find a new really nice place and made sure our vacation was not ruined. I would come back again and enjoy the full stay next time! Definitely recommend.

Fantastic apartment, we didn’t use them but there were cooking facilities available in the apartment, bottled water supplied each day, croissants delivered warm to the apartment on the first day. Staff assisted with arranging water transport to and from apartment on arrival and departure. Fantastic shower, able to fit an adult on sofa in the lounge room if you have a 3rd guest

This was the perfect stay with my teenage kids. Large one bedroom suite, super clean and modern, large high end bathroom, quiet, stocked minibar and Illy coffee machine, everything walkable and two other highlights: they washed three bags of laundry the same day for € 9.- each and recommended an Osteria where we had the best lunch one can wish for. We didn’t mind that there was no view from our room. Highly recommended.

Property was wonderful - 8 min walk to the grand canal on either side. Room was amazing. Our room even had a mini kitchen and laundry in the room. We could not have been happier! Side note - The water taxi from the airport is worth every Penny!!!!!!

We loved our 3N stay at Residenza Ducato. The location is impeccable, only ~4 minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge on a quiet street in San Marco, and ~20 minutes to most of the places we visited in Venice. The hotel has its own private courtyard and entrance, and security is high tech. It must have been recently renovated because the interior is modern and very well appointed. It exceeded my expectations. Last but not least, Paola, the service manager, was excellent and exceedingly helpful. Not only did she surprise us with a delivery of pastries one morning, she provided good suggestions for restaurants and site seeing, and made last minute reservations for us. I'd definitely come back when next in Venice, and would highly recommend this hotel!

I booked this property, paid in advance and got moved to other apartment in the area which was not the same standard. I got no reimbursement in price difference. They claimed that the AC was not working. They lied that it was the same facility but it wasn’t. It was a separate building under different management.
