One of the most spectacular guest house I’ve stayed in. The cleanliness was impeccable and all of the staff was welcoming and gave good advice as to where to start with Dubrovnik. I would definitely recommend to anyone who hasn’t visited Dubrovnik before like us to stay here as everything is within walking distance.

The host, Edi, is a delight. Gave us a warm welcome and introduction to the city. He indicated great place to eat/grocery shop, all in walking distance; as well as touristic recommendations. We were able to leave our luggage in the gated courtyard until our departure. This establishment receives our highest recommendation.

Eddy was a wonderful host. We received a wonderful greeting on arrival and Eddy went out of his way to make us feel welcome and provided many helpful tips. The bed was comfortable and the location perfect. Would definitely stay here next time.

Can’t wait to return

Wonderful location just a few steps from Pile gate. Able to check in early and store my bags there on check out day. The sea view is amazing and proximity to good bars, bakeries and restaurants. Edi gives very good recommendations and maps. Really appreciate his thoughtfulness and the Housekeeper is also very helpful.

Eddie's see it all rooms !!!

Only in Dubrovnik for one full day so being in such a central location made the most of our time and as an added bonus Eddie's advice on what to see and places eat was superb.

Mesmerizing views, Edi will treat you like family- Croatian hospitality. Location is in the center of Pile Gate, 1 min walk and Banje beach 10 min. All tours pick you up in Pile so this location is a must book

Had a wonderful stay. The view is exactly as pictured. Eddie is very helpful and friendly. The location cannot be beat. Central and easily accessible to anything you can think of doing in Dubrovnik. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at Eddie's Sea View Rooms. We had two rooms and really liked the room with the kitchenette, it was helpful and there was also a clothes line which we used since it was so hot. Eddie had great recommendations for areas to avoid as well as places to eat that accommodated all budgets. Any time we saw him, he made sure we were doing well and answered our questions.

Perfect location and amazing host

We loved Eddie, warm welcome, super friendly and personable. Helpful with where to go and what to avoid in the city. Airport shuttle was perfect, waiting for us at arrivals with a sign and dropped us right outside of the guest house. Very centrally located, so when you stay in the summer you can outfit change or shower quit because it’s bananas hot and sweaty! Might even get a welcome drink with Eddie if you’re lucky :) Highly recommend!
