Fantastic Experiece

Beautiful property in a great location. Quiet, but easy to walk everywhere. Super friendly staff. Nice little gym and free laundry with a dryer downstairs. Would highly recommend it. 🙂

We loved everything about the hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The service was amazing!! The room, along with the rest of the hotel, was very clean. I would definitely book it again!!

Good value for money

They offer what they say...! The neighbourhood isn't the best but if you like to walk you can go after 10~20 minutes to the city centre. The staff is very friendly and helpful

A newly renovated building. We stayed at one of the smallest room, which, despite being small had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, a counter you could use for eating. The staff was welcoming and helpful.

Fantastic place in Thessaloniki

Fantastic ! A great place to stay, lovely and very thoughtful staff - they sped up the check in as my baby was a bit fussy and were always available to help. The flat was spotless, fully equipped and the attention to detail is great. I was using the flat to get ready for my wedding and they facilitated make up and family / friends coming up to the property. I will definitely come back - great value for money and 5* service.

Our stay at Thess was fantastic! I can’t say enough about the willingness of the front desk (Elena and Despina) to accommodate our family of 5. From restaurant recommendations to calling taxis to helping with laundry. We had two adjoining rooms with well equipped kitchens. Exceptionally clean and very modern. Laundry services are in the basement along with gym and lounge. A mini-mart is located around the corner and all the main attractions within a 20 minute walk. Do not be fooled by the neighborhood as it is in the process of undergoing a rehabilitation. We felt safe at all times. Great hotel, you will most certainly enjoy!!!

Beyond expectations!!!!

Me and my family stayed at the hotel for almost two weeks, we were greeted by the staff with smiles and a fantastic attitude, every question, every thing we needed they were more than willing to help. Even when the front desk was closed, a phone number was given and they answered and helped with everything. The hotel itself is super clean, modern and equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. The common room was a perfekt place for kids to play in. The hotel is really closed to the town center, 5 min walk to areas of cafes and restaurants, max 10 min walk to the main shopping streets. Around the corner of the hotel are supermarkets and small restaurants. We felt safe walking in the neighborhood in the evenings, but if someone prefers taking taxi, it is really cheap and close to the main places in the city. We usually go to “regular” hotels but next time I’ll go back to Thessaloniki , this is definitely the hotel!!!!

The place was newly built, the room was an apartment with everything we needed, storage, space, privacy. There were two separate rooms. Big refrigerator and stove to cook. They had plates and glasses and silverware, coffee cups and machine. What one house needs they had it all, everything even shampoo, body wash and body cream. Tons of storage all over the house. On the basement floor they had laundry and washer and dryer plus iron board and iron also room play area or for meeting area with computer and fax or printer. You asking for something and the staff is there to help with. Very friendly people, super helpful and great hospitality!!! In the apartment that we stayed can sleep 5 people. Amazing 🤩 I definitely recommend for vacations or for work. Everything was so close from the center of white tower. A tons of stores around the neighborhood… really cool place 🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you 🙏 all so much for everything guys! I will definitely visit again!!!

There is no parking. I paid for a “reserved parking “ in a private garage. The reality offering doesn’t guarantee parking space, only give you access to garage. I paid the above published rate, and had to wait for someone to leave and vacate a spot. Parking a Toyota Yaris can also be a challenge. No ac in hotel room. It was 27 (80F). Windows only tilt offers no air flow ( outside temp was 26). They didn’t offer electric fan either. After 2 hours of negotiations, the ac was turn on by the third hour. We were able to communicate with staff in perfect English, but their usage of words takes on different meaning (expectations)) completely. Staff said “ac will be fully operational in one hour “. The reality. “ ac turned on after one hour”
