スタッフが親切

初日に熱いお湯が中々でませんでしたが…フロントに電話したら30分後に出ると言われ、その後はかなり熱いお湯が毎日出ました。スタッフの方も皆んな優しくて、聞けば何でも教えてくれました。Wi-Fiがサクサクで2週間滞在しましたが、快適に過ごす事が出来ました。朝食のスープが美味しかったです。立地も最高です。

They overbook so you can wait hours at check in and they may tell you they have no room at 7pm with kids after your plane and its not like on the pictures.

We are a family of 4 with kids and booked a grand loft. At arrival for check in (we arrived way after 3) they told us our room was not ready and that they were going to give us another room. We had the booking in our hand so we knew it was the bog room with living room kitchen and two double beds. We went upstairs with all our logage to find a small room with two beds. We went back downstairs with our kids and logage and reminded the receptionist that thay was not what we had paid for. She pretended she didn’t know and then said that we would have to wait a while. We left our stuff at the reception to go eat cause it was 7pm and we were tired and hungry. We came back at 8pm and finally got the room we requested. We were disappointed because it was nothing like the pictures and we realized the receptionists knew because she had lied about not knowing we were supposed have the big room since the room she gave us was the same room on the initial paper. We were so tired we ignored all that. The room was very dark and the bathroom toilet was not attached to the floor causing it to balance on its own every time you sat or stood up. We had booked for another separate stay further on our vacation and we decided to give them a chance but again they did the same thing! We arrived tired at 7pm and the room was not available they had overbooked! They offered to separate our family with kids in two simple rooms ! They didn’t care we understood they always overbook Expedia relicated us Tx

Excellent hotel, with peefect location near bara and restaurants, and parks perfect for jogging and a gym. The highlight was breakfast. Staff were super friendly and helped me during my stay. Very clean rooms in excellent condition

El servicio del personal y la gran ubicación son los mejores aspectos. Ya es un establecimiento viejo que requiere mejoras en sus instalaciones. Tuvimos un apartamento de dos alcobas con cocina pero sin ninguna dotación: no hay vasos, copas, ni cubiertos. El desayuno muy básico.

Saludos! No fue el hotel que me hospedé al final de todo pues resulta que este hotel lo tuvieron que cerrar y me movieron al hotel 5Q Quinta Camacho y no fue por lo que pagué, no tenía ascensor y teníamos que bajar las maletas muy pesadas, limpiaban las habitaciones siempre y no quedaban limpiada, el desayuno pésimo

Localização muito boa, área segura e silienciosa, quarto amplo, limpo, porém um pouco frio. Ressalva para o café da manhã com poucas opções e as toalhas precisam ser renovadas. O atendente Santiago foi muito gentil e atencioso conosco.

Staff are great. Super nice and helpful. The Breakfast crew also provided excellent service. Hot showers and the suite is really large and spacious. I highly recommend this location, also near plenty of nightlife and food options.5 Stars.

Agradable estadia en la capital

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado cercano al parque de la 93, , el centro comercial Andino y puntos estrategicos de la zona de la ciudad. El desayuno estuvo muy bien es tipo buffet, las instalaciones de la habitacion estuvieron adecuadas, muy amplias, closet amplio,mesa de estudio. Aunque deberian hacer revision de detalles y deterioros de la habitación. Lo unico que no nos gusto de ha mucho es que el hotel combina habitaciones de estadias cortas con espacios de personas que viven en el edificio y la verdad se escucha mucho de los demas edificios, un poco de ruido, entonces para personas que no les guste el ruido no es una opcion muy favorable, pero en general todo muy bien
