Property is very clean, nicely decorated, spacious and close to all activities. We walked everywhere for sightseeing, dinner and grocery needs. Communication with landlord was not easy but we sort it out some how. The only problem we had was the humidity smell in bathroom and rattling noice on fan coil system. It was not a huge deal but it has to be fixed by the landlord.

The best part of our trip was actually our apartment! I am pretty picky when it comes to where I stay, and this apartment was one of the best places we stayed ever! Great location! Very clean and spacious! Amazing A/C!

The place is very well located and confortable. Close to shops and atractions in a walking distance. It was also very clean and easy to check in and check out. It has all you need to have a pleasant syay, including wash/ drying machine and a full equiped kitchen. We loved the place. Thanks.

We had a wonderful stay at Upstreet Luxury apartments in Plaka. The location was the best. Everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance. The apartment is lovely with all the conveniences for a home-like stay. We highly recommend it.

An exceptional apartment in the Plaka region of Athens. Prompt, courteous communication with the staff. The property was pristine and contained all the necessary equipment/appliances for a carefree stay. The location, ideal. I will definitely select this location for my next visit.

Centrally located near restaurants, bars and shopping. Area has a lively vibe . You can walk to most tourist attractions in Athens from property eg . Acropolis. Property is well designed and equipped with basics. Property management is quick to respond and act on issues. Only issue we had was the shower drain stalling causing water build up in the shower , we messaged the management and they were quick to send someone to check on it. It will also be a plus if daily cleaning is available.

very disappointing

It was not easy to find the place and when we called for directions they could help us. We were left without power for hours with no one to contact, seems to be only 1 person in charge and when you require orientation or help takes forever or simply never answer. I won't suggest staying here

Worst experience with this place. Construction happening at time of stay (Week of 6/27). Electricity was out for the last 3 days. No bathroom light and half the outlets were not working and some lighting. No TV. Another family in our group had apt next door. They had a sewage smell come through their bathroom. Their AC was broken for the first night and they had to relocate to a different place on their own dime and eventually left two days early due to Upstreet telling them “it’s not our fault”. Never book this place. No maid service.

The property was excellent!!! Except one communication issue that was requested to check in early. We have communicated many times and eventually said to contact them 24hrs prior to check in and we did. We land at 7am in Athens and only have a couple nights to see the city. If they have communicated that the check in will not be available till 12:30-1pm, we could’ve seen the Acropolis in the morning and made arrangements, but never never replied to our email and contacted them in a phone call. Instead we were left alone waiting for hours with our luggage and wasting time. Communication on their side caused so many issues with our travel plans! And its not cheap to visit Greece from Canada

Interior design is very nice, all else are very good, only two things: 1: it happens my room’s shower door can’t be fully sealed, thus water leaking out every time I took shower. hope the hotel management can fix that. 2: during my forty day’s stay, i was locked outside the door for quite a while. The door simply would be opened. So we were locked out side very late into the night, literally from 9:30 pm - 12: 30 am!! Horrible experience. Then later find out it’s passcode pad battery ( it’s a passcode operated automatic door) run out, (they sent a technician over next day. ) this is too bad, otherwise I really like this hope very much.

Search is over, just book this place. It’s clean, it’s well stocked, it’s nice, but it’s biggest asset is its literally perfect location. First of all - you must stay in the Plaka district. It’s a no-brainer. Stay anywhere else in Athens and you’ll wish you were in Plaka. It’s Plaka or nothing as far as I’m concerned. Secondly - this place is away from any crazy noise, restaurants, train stations, main roads etc. It’s quiet, it’s safe, it’s walking distance to everything, it’s triple-secure with 3 different codes required to get in. It’s super-spacious. Note that there is no wall between living room and bedroom if that matters to you. TV swivels so you can watch it in either. Careful of towel-warmer. No auto shut off. I actually burned myself on it. I couldn’t for the life of me figure out if the wash machine was also a dryer. There’s a drying rack provided though. Also a super-hot towel warmer you can hang stuff on to dry, just keep an eye on it. There’s a tiny elevator or spiral staircase. They’ll send you instructions and photos of how to get in. Note that the photo they provide of the main door is not exactly as it looks now. The store beside it has changed. I had to ask for help from a shopkeeper to be sure I was at the right place. I’d recommend this place to anyone.
