Comfortable basic hotel that is fine for the price. Breakfast Buffet is good, the rooms are basic but fine for the price. Two things that we did not enjoy, the daily charge for the safe in the room and the two hotel staff dancing by the pool with loud music when you are trying to relax.

A relaxing beach vacation.

The hotel is as described and pictured. The condition is well maintained and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is ok but with little variety between days. The location of the hotel is very good in relation to the amazing beach of Alcudia. Some occasional power loss and loss of AC due to heat - when working, the ac is pleasant and powerful. The hotel compensated us for the troubles so in the end it was ok.

The hotel is very very basic including the buffet food. The pool is small and it feels cramped. The room itself is ok but the acoustics are poor. Overall it’s an OK hotel with all the basics for a couple nights. Venture a little further and plenty of better options!

Overall the resort is reasonable. Staff are friendly but outside of the front desk, don’t speak much English, so depending on what your particular needs are it can be difficult to convey. For our short stay at end of July, the resort experienced 3 separate power cuts, 2 of which were very short in duration, however the third lasted many hours which affected the dinner service and with no running water supply, it was not possible to wash/shower and flush the toilet in your room. This was only resolved at 10pm. We had to checkout early the next morning so not sure if the hotel had issued any apologies to guests.

I liked everything about this property! It was unique with its nightly entertainment, daily encouraging staff to join in entertainment, daily entertainment for kids to give parents a break! All staff were friendly, cleaners & house keepers all smiles, & bid you a good morning. Restaurant was one of the best I have ever come across & I have traveled a lot, all freshly done, variety of breakfast, including fried, scrambled, omelettes, bacon, sausages, beans, hash browns, pancakes, & all fresh, not sitting there for hours, like I have seen in some places. Dinner amazing, steaks, lamb chops, duck, pork, all cooked fresh! The hotel is practically 3-5min walk to the beach, all shops, including mini supermarkets, Spar, Kentucky, Pizza Hut, all 5 min walk! Restaurants & bars all on the same street & the surrounding area. Bus stop 10 min walk, Airport an hours bus ride. Baby pool & swimming pool, some say a little small, but I never found the pool packed of overcrowded, I liked that there was no blaring music in my head, like some hotels seem to think you want to lay by the pool with pounding music all day, a lot of people just want to relax, read a book & enjoy the peace. The only thing that was poor was the internet in my room wasn’t really picking up on my phone, & kept disconnecting. Also the returning late night guest are very disrespectful & inconsiderate, why they have to SLAM the doors at 3am!! Why, why, can’t people just close the doors with ease!!!

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful however some were really quite rude and abrupt. Drinks were not great and was served gin and soda several times when asked for G&T. Shouted at by the older lady at the pool bar when getting some water from the cooler because I wasn’t AI. Every where I have ever been water is a given, at the reception, dinner and pool or beach bars. It’s basic standards and to be shouted at across the bar because I had the wrong colour wristband was embarrassing. If I was helping myself to a fat vodka and coke and a few greasy ham and chew toasties then go ahead and shout at me Ana with the face mask but it was a cup of water in 30+ degree heat. Overall it was fine for a few days but no more than that. If I wasn’t being shouted at I was watching old people being shouted at for sitting on the daybeds when there were no sunbeds. They were told to sit on the floor! Not enough sunbeds, pool is tiny. Plenty of good staff - Mario on reception. Plenty of grumpy ones, think they need a holiday in a recent AI

Alua Bocaccio

Alua Bocaccio tycks vara ett relativt nytt hotell. Det var rent och fräscht. Läget vid lagunen var trevligt. Bra poolområde dock mindre i verkliheten än på bilden och ett trevlig övre däck med utsikt över lagunen. Rummet var mycket mindre än det angavs i beskrivningen, det var ca 10 kvadratmeter plus badrum och hall med garderob. Rummen har 2 separata sängar vilket gör att det blir mycket trångt. Ingen fåtölj fick plats, bara en plast-stol framför ett litet skrivbord. De flesta rummen är likadana så målgruppen tycks vara par. Rummet måste kännas trångt för par, det är svårt att passera sängarna. Jag reste ensam. Sängen var bra men kudden var obekväm, sådan av sydeuropeiskt modell. Jag hade ingen utsikt alls. Jag blev placerad på våning 1 med en utsikt över taket till matsalen, sopstationen och röret till Air con-central som lät så mycket att det inte gick att sitta på balkongen om jag hade velat. Det är många rum som ligger mot den långa baksidan. Några högre upp har man troligen någonslags utsikt. Jag hade frukost och middag inkluderat. Det var rikligt med mat, rekommenderas. Jag kan dock inte tänka mig att bo på hotellet någon mera gång mest på grund av utsikten som jag fick, oljudet och bristen på utrymme i rummet.

Pésima calidad precio

Todo escaso, menos las estrellas, que alguna le sobra. Desorbitado precio para un hotel demasiado normal, sin ningún tipo de servicio. Habitación minúsculo. No existe pese a que lo llamen así habitaciones triples. Añadieron una cama a la minúscula habitación doble (no podían ni separarse las camas). Ausencia total de servicios, por no haber, no toallas en la piscina (que cierra a las 6 de la tarde), y cobran hasta por usar la caja fuerte. Es un correctísimo hotel de dos estrellas a precio de cinco. La definicion perfecta de publicidad engañosa (el fotógrafo un 10!)

Het is netjes, goed onderhouden en het personeel heel vriendelijk. Wel vind ik het hotel erg druk en de akoestiek maakt vooral de eetzaal een vermoeiende plek. Het eten is er prima en de keus is ruim. Absoluut een zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.
