Property was in the perfect location , comfortable clean and everything you need . Right in the middle of all the restaurants etc.Biaxa metro station was 200 yards away, easy journey from Lisbon Airport approx 40 mins on metro and cheap. Overall it was in the perfect location to get around Lisbon .

Great 3-night stay! Comfy and impeccably clean apartment that had everything we needed. Check-in was a breeze. Fabulous location with cafes, shops, restaurants, mini- grocery stores all just steps away. Would recommend!

This property is only a few blocks from the river and within steps of two trolley lines and two subway lines. We had a bit of difficulty checking in and the staff is not around 24/7. While we were there, there was major construction going on in the building next door but work never started before 8:00 AM.

Great location only 200m from Baxia-Chiado metro station. Small but well appointed and functional self-contained apartment. No drawers etc. to unpack so you will live out of your suitcase. Reception staff very helpful which was necessary due to a faulty apartment entry door lock that needed some tricks to open. Very small lift but did the job. Overall we were happy with this property.

This apartment was perfect and had everything we needed. We walked around easily and sometimes grabbed the subway. Taxis were easy to find too. The area around has everything you need. I totally recommend it.

Great location and comfortable accommodations. Everything was exceptional except the communication. While they did contact me via email and WhatsApp before our arrival, that was it. No documents in the room for Wi-Fi or that they were switching from A/C to heat only. While we loved our stay, wish their communication was better.

Great Property! PERFECT location. Clean and well stocked. Rafa greeted us when we arrived and gave us great recommendations and directions. She is so friendly and helpful. Everything was Perfect!

Very good location and nice property in the heart of Baixa. The property did not respond to my emails until we had arrived at the airport in Portugal which made our initial experience stressful. Once we had arrived the experience was excellent .

The hotel was in a great location. Property representative was friendly, informative and helpful. I was disappointed to find out that we paid for a one bedroom apartment and was placed into a bachelor suite. I booked with another couple and their suite was a true one bedroom suite... 2X the size of ours.

The location of the apartment is great even though it can be quite loud. The communication was horrible. They hardly responded when something was needed. I was supposed to stay there with a colleague of mine, her room got cancelled last minute and they didn’t provide any other options.

Great location

Perfect location. Clean, not too loud, nice juliet balcony overlooking the street below. Our toilet was broken and flushed nonstop & expresso maker was messed up. Shower was also hard to use without water going all over-- and too few towels for a long stay. Check in machine didn't work. Small, hot, slow elevator. The bed was very comfortable and it was fairly spacious. The ac worked well. If you stay, the people at the restaurant down below are very friendly and can answer questions for you. Location really made it worthwhile.

This was an amazing find. Were found in a very central location to all the historical sites in Lisbon. The apartment we stayed in was beautiful with decorated tiles, comfy beds, and bathroom with stone floors. Had a small refrigerator allowing us to store breakfast items and water we picked up from the nearby Mini Preço Express. Only negatives were some initially poor communication, very bad wifi (we were on the 3rd floor), and difficulty checking in after hours using the machine. I attempted to confirm the reservation after multiple attempts of email, but did not receive confirmation until 3 days before our stay. After this, we received the WhatsApp number and communication was fine after that. We at after 7:30 PM, but were unable to pay for our stay. After calling on WhatsApp, we learned it is because the machine wants to ask us for a PIN, but US credit cards do not have one. They were able to issue us a temporary key and allowed us to complete payment in person the next day with credit card. Overall, I highly recommend this for any traveler!
